No refunds.
I place a $100 deposit for a move and unfortunately had to be changed. I was told that the deposit was refundable and have emails to prove it. For four months I have tried to get my deposit back. I have been met with denial, evasion and silence. The company did not even bother to respond to BBB. Recently they claimed my credit card data was stolen and gave this as an excuse for not paying. It is concerning that they did not notify me that my credit card information was compromised. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
