   Very Professional.

   I hired Alex movers to assist my mother in her move. They were so efficient and very professional. They made this process so stress free. They packed everything super carefully, they dissembled and assembled Everything back up. I am recommending them to everyone I know that needs help moving! They really are 100% guaranteed!

   Great customer service.

   I hired Alex moving to relocate my belongings from a two-bedroom condo in Sunny Isles to South Beach. The guys arrived on time. They brought boxes and packing materials. They boxed and loaded all of my stuff onto the truck even faster than they had estimated and by doing so saved me some cash. No items were damaged. I will definitely use them again next time. Great customer service.

   Couldn`t be any faster move.

   A moving company a 5 star review, but here we are. Alex, was able to schedule the reservation right away. The guys arrived right on time. They moved antique solid wood furniture with professionalism and care. They got items from 2 locations and deposited them in storage. They have a 3 hour minimum and charge by the hour.. which typically means working at snail pace to milk the clock. Not these fellas. They worked at a swift clip. They wrapped and moved a heavy antique sofa, 2 matching chairs; a large antique dining table w 8 chairs; a large antique vanity, mirror, and bench; an antique center table, antique bedside table, and antique rocking chair. From the 2nd location they took 40 boxes of books, 8 boxes of fragile items and 4 boxes of miscellaneous to the storage facility. They completed this move inside of 5 hours.

   Bismarck Problems

   Quoting process was very professional, accurate, and complete. Multiple items including a flat-screen TV, picture frames, etc. packed by Alex Moving were broken during the move. No supervisor, lead person, or experienced loader was present during truck loading. Multiple items from the garage were not stickered with a number before loading and did not arrive at the destination. The truck driver said they probably were unloaded at the first load destination. Incorrect truck loading resulted in multiple broken and damaged furniture items.` The truck arrived at the destination without unloading personnel. The property owner was required to assist in the unloading. Even with the truck driver photographing all items damaged and noting the missing items the insurance process is very lengthy, in excess of 90 days after filing a claim. The ability to communicate with the claim adjuster assigned to the claim is limited so the status of the claim is difficult to obtain.

   Dishonest people.

   Sept. 2013. CONSUMER BEWARE!! The two men sent to move my furniture and small items scratched my furniture AND STOLE THINGS.  Some of the small items such as small wood table, leather magazine holder, etc., were not delivered and when I called to complain, I was told the truck was empty.  However, the owner told me the two men who handled my move were always taking things with them which they claim their customers had given them, and that seems suspicious to me, especially in view of the fact that I had missing items! The owner did not try to make restitution and was very nonchalant about the incident.  CONSUMER BEWARE!!

   So Much Damage And They Are Thieves.

   Gorillas would have done less damage to my furniture. They moved my furniture about 2 miles, they carved deep scratches into the makeup table, the sofa table, there is an 8 inch circular scratch in the dresser, there are dents and scratches on the end table, credenza, shelves and other dresser, the coffee table has so many dents in it that it is garbage. Two of the mattresses are black from dirt and my leather couch has a cut in it. In addition they broken vases, glasses and dishes.  But wait it gets better, they STOLE quite a few boxes of liquor and wine and since they were in a hurry when they were stealing them, they did not read the boxes carefully, so they also stole a box of  my good wine glasses. I thought I did my homework and checked all of the reviews, they must have been fakes.
