   Very late - no communication.

   Our movers showed up 6 hours after the window of 2 to 4.  4 were supposed to come 2 showed up, then 30 minutes later another on and the fourth 30 mins after that.  It was 1 am by the time they loaded and could not unload at my new townhome  because of HOA noise rule.  Were supposed to be at town home at 9 am.  Like the day before I initiated MANY calls trying to find out where they were.  They showed up after noon.  Missing items, left items that were not mine, charged me 2 trip charges since they had to come out twice (their fault), charged me 'supplies charge' for them to use MY shrink wrap and their blankets that was supposed to be included in their bid, charged me for all 4 guys the full time even though they weren't all there.  (The supervisor was 2 hours later and the last to show up), they lost the hardware to my bed they called the guy who took apart the bed and he said he gave it to me, he didn't.  My bed is still in pieces - they Told me I could order the parts from the manufacturer.  Many more bad reviews than good.  Wished I would have read more reviews before using them.   DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.!  The laborers are as good as they can be, Michael the supervisor and Rose at dispatch/sales (rude once you are upset that they are late and she doesn't bother to let you know) need some work on managing their schedule but are great at charging for things that are incurred because they are bad managers.
