   Delays, Damages, and stolen property.

   Pickup was delayed one day. 2 out of 4 moving men quit due to problems with being paid by boss from previous job. They came back later and job was finished by 3:30am less than 12 hours before final walk through by buyers of our house. A proper inventory was not taken. Delivery was delayed by 3 weeks. We had multiple items damaged during storage and delivery: ping pong table, foos ball table, two filing cabinets that were all unusable. several items were stolen:39in flatscreen tv, vacuum cleaner, toolbox w/tools, compound hunting bow and hard case. They acted like this should be covered by the insurance by pound. They took no responsibility that they should actually have to deliver everything they picked up. Customer service was terrible. They would return call half the time until we filed a complaint to the Better Business bureau which still has an unresolved case. They lied multiple times about delivery dates and finally lied about a cash settlement, the check was never sent. I want to prevent someone from having our bad experience.
