   Nette Leute guter Service.

   Vor zwei Monaten sind wir von New York nach München wegen Arbeit umgezogen. Wir haben wirklich nicht lange für ein Umzugsfirma gesucht, denn von Anfang haben wir bei AMD den besten Preis erhalten. Unsere Zeug ist rechtzeitig angekommen, wir hatten gar kein Problem gehabt und noch dazu der Service war echt gut: Sie waren immer zu erreichen und hatten uns auch per Email über den Lage der Container informiert! Die Firma ist zu empfehlen :).

   Nyc to Koln.

   Alliance Moving Solutions moved my belongings from NYC to Koln, Germany without a hitch. Professional and reliable moving company. When I had any doubts or questions about anything related to my internationa move, I just gave them a call and their moving representative was always very helpful and knowledable. They kept me updated during the entire move process. Excellent experience. I will be recommending them to people in both NYC and overseas. Thank you AMS.

   Terrible communication on important matters

   I’ve moved several times, and this was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had. The crew acted like they were doing me a favor by just showing up. They broke my lamp, damaged my hardwood floors, and couldn’t be bothered to clean up after themselves. Never again.

   New York to Bogota- months of delays and terrible communication

   We had our stuff picked up from Queens in January and now (midway through March) our shipment has not even been loaded onto a ship yet. But that's not the worst of it. Alliance's employees seem to be completely unwilling or unable to communicate with me. I have to practically beg them for information and then I'm told things that aren't even true. I don't even know how many different vessel names and departure dates I've been given at this point. I even demanded to work with another person than the one I started with and even now can't get a response to my questions. There are plenty of other moving companies and I would suggest choosing anyone other than Alliance.

   Sloppy move with many stolen items.

   The service for organizing the move was efficient. The price seemed attractive but when you put the added costs they are not that competitive. Their package broke many items and the more I kept going the more I found stoeln items. I can understand some breakage can happen but the worst is the stolen items: manyof them The service in Portugal by Invictus was very good and the stealing did not happen in Portugal because I was there. I did not attend the move in DC, a friend of mine was there. The insurance company they work with is not a company I want to do business with. Caveat emptor.
