   Reliable and quality service

   Great communication. Showed up when promised. Packed my furniture very well and made it all fit perfectly into storage container I ordered. They followed directions I gave them. They made sure things were where I wanted them. They handled fragile items well. They worked quickly and efficiently. I will hire them again when I need to unpack my storage container and I will recommend them to a family or friend. 5 Stars!

   NEVER SHOWED

   Hired, confirmed, took day off work, waited and waited but they never showed up, didn't even call or answer any of my calls. TERRIBLE!!! How do you let people down like this? It’s not like I can just move on a different day. Read their YELP reviews. Sadly they do this to people all the time.

   I have used them before but this time after we confirmed the appointment twice, the day of the move they were no show, after calling and texting the wife of one of them answers that they had been in an accident on the way to pick up the truck and was cancelling my appointment that she would call me, why couldn’t she answer before this is their business I was probably not the only move they had today, like if someone scheduled a move just for fun.

   Alvarez Movers NEVER SHOWED UP. I took the day off work and waited for hours. They didn’t call or answer any of my calls. Just ghosted me. Alvarez moving company really let me down. Avoid and read their yelp reviews. Not good.

   Moving nightmare

   Alvarez movingcompany is not a honest company to hired .3 men came to my home moving my stuff not in a good manner way . I have everything label for my fragile stuff. They not care . They put my boxes in their truck like is was garbage did not handle it with care . They brought my wood desk to their truck like it was garbage . They did not take care of my stuff . They set a price when they came and starting moving the stuff they wanted more money after my husband and mr. Alvaeez made a commitment on a moving charge .ok we agreed to give more money because we had no time to delay are moving .so they fill up the truck the first. They brought it the new home . When they took my wood desk off the truck they drop it . And broken on the side my husband had to fixed it his self . Ok another I ask the guys please fixed my king size frame for my bed . They did a fast job and never did it write so I had to hired a guy to do it for me . Cuz me and my husband are not well people . To do it ourselves . Ok we went on a second load to pick up from old apartment. On my way back I bought pizza for the 3 men trying to be nice . My husband went back with guys to load up the truck . All they did was complaining I have another job . I paid for them to do another load still they were in a rush . I bought 2cpizza for them never ate it . Ok np. They load up the truck . My husband is still them to take this stuff cuz it fit in are car . For being professional movers we had to carry all are glass pieces for a glass desk and my little tv stand glass for my shelfs they would not take it with them . So we paid for second load the guy did not fill up the truck and took what he wanted and closed the truck my husband him please take the stand up lamp he said truck is full. He close the door on back of truck. It was half full it was not full o seem it . The 3 men get I'm their truck starting to come to drop off the stuff . I had organizer carts they drop 2 of them I had to pick up my stuff off the ground that day had to windy. I had to pick up the stuff they did not care . They drag my mattress on the ground like nothing I had to clean the sizes of it . . I open some boxes aftert hey left . Some of my dishes were broken. That my old patient have me they were special to me . But they did not care . It was a nightmare with this moving company . Never again . Oops one more thing they wash their hands with soap and water in my house after moving was finished I won't believe what they did with cans of Pepsi and paper towels threw them on the ground and front of my apartment building . Plus tape from wrapping the tv when they moved here so I had to go pick up garbage in my new apartment that they threw on the ground . All bs never keep a word that they say they would do . Never again .I am sorry I hired this company . Never again I will never recommend this company to nobody . .
