   Robert team worked quickly and efficiently. I was impressed by how fast they could load and unload the truck, and how they could do so without hurting anything in the truck. That helped me to keep the move within my budget, which I was very happy about.

   Honest, reliable, reputable company!

   A big round of applause to the Customer Support team. I've had questions on the upside of being nervous during the week right before moving—ones about insurance coverage, box sizes, or arrival times—that I would get a clear answer right away from the REAL person on the phone, where you wouldn't have to wait on hold for an hour or go through a series of automated robot menus to get to the person I needed. That level of responsive 'communication' established a huge level of trust from the outset.

   They were very courteous and appeared about two hours late with no warning first. They were very efficient when they arrived and did a great job, but in the morning there was no communication and when I had a tight schedule it was really frustrating.

   Great moving experience from start to finish.

   They were booked for a last-minute move, because another company dropped us. The staff were very friendly and especially had to be extra cautious with items that were fragile, particularly the glass vases that I collect. All the items turned up OK and I was really thankful for their dependability!

   Very helpful and cooperative staff.

   They were responsible for our relocating our 12 person accounting firm from our old office to a new one downtown. They arrived on a Saturday morning to avoid any loss of work-days. All computer cubicles and monitors were labeled and the large table was disassembled and placed at the new location in a flow of operations. By Monday morning we were up and running.
