   SCAMMERS!!!

   These are scammers. They are brokers. I lost about $3000 from these crooks. They requested 2 deposits and found out they just connect you to movers. Who are also scammers! The movers tried to scam me to pay more! They claim they can't fit my stuff in their truck. I had to hire another company who checked out my stuff in person and gave me a fair proposal. I was so devastated from being ripped off. Stay away!!! Get a mover who will see your belongings in person. Don't hire a Broker, pay for what, just get scammed!

   Unbelievable!! My parents booked a 1300 mile move in January 2022, then read the reviews and decided not to go with this company. Deposit is not refunded, but can be transferred to family. I was making a 1200 mile move in July, thought I could use the deposit, called at least 7 times, even emailed. Nobody got back to me. Moving again, this time only 200 miles, idiot me said let’s try again… Called, waited 6 days for a return call/quote… no calls.. I finally get ahold of a “supervisor”, spend 45 minutes waiting for a new quote.. Here it is: Original quote- 1300 miles, 450 c.f. = $2800 New quote- 190 miles, 730 c.f = $5200!!!! GTFOH!!! This company is THE biggest ripoff I have ever came in contact with!! Do not EVER do business with them because you will lose money and regret it!!

   I called a month ahead of the move and got what I thought was a reasonable rate. Like others have said they stayed on the phone and took my deposit straight from my bank, would not take a credit card. Was told they would call for final inventory but that did not happen. I called to see if they were still coming and they said yes the mover would call me when they were on the way. Never got a call. This move was from Denver to Charleston SC and had to be out of apartment by a certain date. Time for us to leave to SC and still no contact from mover. Called from the road to check and they said they should be there if they are not call back. Well they did not show up and I called everyday by the time we got to SC, still no movers. I flew back to Denver and rented a truck and moved myself since we had to be out of apt. Mover never called or showed up. Called American Long Distance daily and weekly to get my refund and they said it was nonrefundable but I could use it in the next year. One time I called after 6 months and they said they could come pick my stuff up put it would cost another $800. I said are you kidding, I moved 6 months ago. I kept calling to get a refund but they would hang up on me. I tried for a year. Stay away as far as you can from American Long Distance Moving and Storage. Shame on them. Not sure how they can sleep at night taking money from people like that. SCAM SCAM SCAM!

   Double any estimate they give you and figure whatever company they connect you with will double the ESTIMATE and delay delivery by several weeks. Oh and their FEE is a waste of your money find your our movers. Totally burned.

   SCAM SCAM SCAM Absolutely the biggest SCAM I've ever encountered. I got 3 quotes $4800, $7800 & FINALLY $10,600. After I paid the deposit of $3800 they changed my cost twice and now won't give me my deposit back. I'm out $3800 unless I pay them the rest of the $10,680 to leave half my stuff. Their only solution is to give me a credit to move again within 12 months. I'm absolutely devastated and they don't care at all. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY!! PLEASE SHARE! I don't want anyone else to be taken advantage of.

   Move from Texas to Mississippi

   This was the absolute WORST experience with a service provider that I have ever experienced. The original quote was not honored, actually doubled. The drive was rude and arrogant. The delivery was a disaster with the mover scheduling and cancelling and rescheduling 3-4 times, costing me lost wages to accommodate his incompetence. I was charged $395 for 3 moving blankets that fell under the term "packing supplies", he used MY stretch wrap and tape that I provided him. Best suggestion, look for another company!

   Scam company

   They will tell you a price, tell you lies regarding your move like all the customer service they provide. They wi take a deposit by direct only no cards si you cannot dispute their charge. 2 days before pickup They called and increases their price over double!! Then when driver is to show no one comes over and over no show. Then when you call the salesman he says he's going to call driver, then salesman calls you and says the driver needed 300 extra for terrain and that the salesman covered it, but if I could help him out with half that cost so he could cover his rent. Then driver never comes. You call customer service and they say they can't be held responsible for drivers. NO REFUND EVER!!!!! If you are older file with your states attorney for elder financial scam. I'm doing this now.

This company is unprofessional,disorganized and will not uphold their end of the contract. Do not waste your money.
