   I've had my share of bad moving experience but American Movers Direct was by far the best for me. From the picking up to the delivery, they were very responsive. Always updating even when I don't ask for updates. Very nice people. 5/5 very recommended.

   They have taken great care!

   I have used American movers direct three times and they are always extremely easy and professional to work with. They call a couple days prior to the move to confirm the arrival time and to see if there are any changes to your inventory. The day of a move can be very hectic, so I really appreciate the text/call when they are 30 minutes out. They have taken great care of our belongings and I am always so surprised how quickly they load-up and un-load between the two destinations. Highly recommend them any time

   Tonya provided my estimate and was very thorough with her communication, responsive as well. The cost was reasonable and in-line with the estimation. No surprise additional cost. The moving team was timely, efficient and courteous. Francisco, Sergio and Beto were not only quick and hardworking but very professional and very cautious and careful. I hopefully won’t be moving soon but will certainly recommend and use this company again!

The moving labor was efficient, and the moving trucks were clean and well-maintained. I would definitely use New City Moving again and recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and reliable moving company..

    They worked so quickly!

    My experience with american movers direct was fantastic and I would recommend them to anyone in Chicago in a heartbeat. Everything went smoothly from my first phone call with Ricky the coordinator setting up the move, to the move itself. Juan Juarez was the crew lead for me on moving day and he and his crew were phenomenal. They arrived a few minutes early in the morning and finished a whole hour earlier than expected which was great. They worked so quickly, were super professional, and incredibly friendly. Highly impressed with american movers direct and wouldn't hesitate to use them again!
