   Awesome

   They also quickly provided a certificate of insurance required by the fancy building I moved into. Also the two movers that came were very professional and quick. The only downside was that I did not get a pink truck! lol! you guys were great. Thank you for making a stressful move, a lot less stressful.

   This company takes service to the next level. I didn't have to worry about a single thing during their time at either site. The crew was incredibly helpful recommended ways to help keep the rooms looking spacious. Thanks to American Movers LLC.

   The movers themselves were super friendly, full of energy, and incredibly hard working. They had great experience with moving furniture and were very considerate with handling everything. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend. American Movers LLC...!!!

   If I could give 0 stars I would, never use this service! I wish we had seen these reviews instead of the glowing results on google (which I now know they can monitor and alter reviews). I want to get their license revoked as well as get something for the damage and missing items. - Date used American Movers services: 5/4/2024 - Within City Move (2 trips) - Damage to property including: items broken, dropped several items, missing items, and damaged new home walls - Did not have me inspect the truck before requesting payment, never gave me the opportunity to look in the truck - Missing property: Harry Potter Train Set worth $500 - I saw the item 17"x17"x9" in the garage as the crew was loading the truck on the second trip, item did not make it to the new home (the items that were with the train set were all stacked within the new garage.) - searched both homes, personal vehicles, etc. top to bottom and did not find the item - I informed the office manager that I would be filing a police report to which he responded, "good luck with that, it'll be a false claim." General poor practices of customer service and behavior. - Filed Police Report - Office Manager blamed me for the item being missing, laughed at me for the loss, did not return phone calls (had to call them several times to understand current situation, generally not a great response. Office manager has continued to laughed at me and said, "what would grown men do with a harry potter train set?" unsure if they actually searched for the missing item. (Michael Vidal) - Overcharged me for the services as well and then requested tips - $1881 at $180/hour results in 10.45hrs of work when they were working from 9am-5:45pm minus 1 hour of lunch (roughly 8 hours of work) - Left tools behind (Socket and two drill bit extenders) - When asked if I could file a stolen item claim was told that I would only receive $0.60/pound of the item that was lost (roughly a claim for $9.50), I would not receive the value of the item at all. Totally unacceptable!
