   Excellent service of Arrow Movers!!

   OUTSTANDING service all the way around! Roger is so knowledgeable and so efficient. Packing was seemless and they had all the neccessary supplies!! Roger and his assistant Jackson safely packed and loaded all of my prize possessions safely into boxes and I could never be so confident that they will make it to my destination safe and sound.!! I highly recommend Roger and Arrow Moving Co!! From the very beginning, Roger was professional, punctual, and incredibly attentive to my needs! They handled my belongings with care, ensuring everything was securely packed. Roger and Jackson worked efficiently and with a positive attitude. They navigated my home with ease, carefully maneuvering furniture through tight spaces. It was evident they were experienced and knew exactly what they were doing! Lastly, Roger, had all the paperwork ready and was very knowledgeable and showing me where to sign and made the process quick and easy. I was so happy about my whole experience!!

   I have had nothing but the best support and experiences with Arrow Moving and Storage in San Antonio since I began this move. Bruce Burk was fantastic! He helped in more ways than I can mention and was very professional and knowledgeable. I have moved all over the world working for the Gov't. Now retired, this is my first move on my own! Bruce made it painless! The two ladies who came and packed up my belongings, Natasha and Isabel, were the best. If I had one complaint, I guess it would be that through an honest mistake obviously they used the last of my paper for packing my own things. I thought I had put it in a good place to preclude this happening, but obviously not. The end result of their packing will be tested when I unpack, but judging from what I observed, they did a bang up job!! I would highly recommend Mayflower if a move is in your future!

   Amazing.

   My husband just got out of the military and David P, Vince F, and DeEtte did am amazing job delivering and setting up our new home. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone who is moving. I just had a kid and we already have a one year old we where moving from NC to WY it was really nice to not have to worry about our stuff, everyone was very professional and polite, they put everything back together and took a huge load off my back.

   Moving an entire bedroom set.

   I had purchased a really LARGE and HEAVY bedroom set from an individual here in town. Arrow Moving and Storage sent 2 movers to the storage unit to pick it up, and still arrived at my home, with the set a little early. The set was MUCH larger than it looked online and the peek I got of it at the storage unit. These 2 men were fantastic the way they were so professional with moving each item and setting it up in my bedroom. When we realized that configuration of furniture wasn't going to work, they moved it all another way for me. Even when one of the bigger items was entirely too big for the room, they moved it back out into my garage!! Thank you, John and David for such a good experience using a moving and storage company for the first time in my life! I would recommend Arrow Moving and Storage for any kind of move in the future!!

   Highly recommended!

   I would recommend Arrow Moving and Storage.  We moved from Utah to Texas. I was pleased with the service I received from Ethan with the estimate.  He was thorough, helpful and patient with me and my many questions.  Bobbi Rae was very helpful with the coordinating of the driver and the move.  They were very flexible with their pick up and delivery dates and were on time.  Tony, the driver was great!  He has a lot of experience in the industry and made us feel comfortable that the job would be done well.  He protected the house during the pick up and delivery and showed care with our belongings.  He was a very organized man.  Mark and Howard were great help in packing the truck in Utah and Rodney was good assistance to Tony in Texas.  I really enjoyed working with the entire crew!

   Overall Performance.

   I have used Arrow Moving and Storage at least four, if not five time for local moves. The first three moves were excellent. I had also, due to their original excellent performance, referred several people to them. The last two moves, however, were more than disasters. One move was done on Valentine's Day -- caught crew smoking joints in back of truck and they got very careless with my belongings and were unable to finish what was orginally a one day move. Took two full days. They were more concerned with calling girlfriends and wives regarding Valentine's day plans than getting my move done. The more weed they smoked, the more frantic the move got. I had referred this company and my salesman, Bruce Burke to a very wealthy, prestigious couple for an out-of-state move -- a very high dollar move. This was a very down to earth, extremely nice couple, absolutely no arrogance due to their wealth. Upon inquiring the couple after the move, I understand they were not impressed and there were some issues. Needless to say, since I had referred this company to them, I was very disappointed and embarassed. The fourth move was another disaster; I had a very expensive leather brand new recumbent recliner that they scratched the leather in several very visible places. My complaints on this were ignored by the company. a few other non-significant personal iems were also broken through careless handling. The last move the crew arrived very late. The driver knocked a column down at the gated exit to the development I was moving out of. Then they also damaged the gates to a storage facility we were using for storing excess items. The driver finally called me and admitted he was responsible for the damaged gate column and storage facility gates after saying for days he did not do this damage. I never heard back from Arrow Moving and Storage, never received an apology, etc. The last two moves were the most stressfull I have ever experienced; I always would buy the crew lunch and drinks and tip them as well. That will never happen again. We are not first-time movers; due to my husband's job, we have moved all over the country at least every three years with temporary moves in between. .
