   Hi all, just wanted to share a bad experience we had with Arthur Werner Moving company b/c I think a lot of people have used them in the area and had recommended them to us on this page. We had them pack and move us a few weeks ago and paid a significantly higher cost for the packing. While they were packing/moving us they caused some large holes in our rental apt walls. We tipped the movers almost $700 (20%) and once we looked at our things realized our tv (unpacked by the movers) had a large crack across the front- and was broken, and my husband's $400 camera that was new and in the box, was missing. We spoke to Denzil at the company and while initially extremely responsive and apologetic, they have since done nothing despite my repeated calls and emails. Although we only got the basic insurance, they had emailed us to please fill out a claim b/c they would take care of us and they were so horrified that this happened. Yet every day I am told the "owner will call me tomorrow". They told me that they depend on reviews for business b/c they don't advertise so I felt I should tell our story for those looking for a mover.
