ASAP Moving and Storage/Spartan Moving Complaint
In April of 2025, We hired ASAP Moving. When they delivered our property, we were missing several pictures, 5 broken neon signs and a framed authentic Civil War relic from my great-great grandfather. Several times we reached out to the moving company and they refused to reply. Also, the company, the movers and the moving broker company, Pinnacle promised we would receive our goods within 15 days. We didn’t receive anything for 7 weeks. Any person considering using either Pinnacle Moving as a broker or ASAP Moving should greatly consider hiring another company. Both have difficulty telling the truth or providing good honest service.
