   Excellent experience

   This was an excellent experience. They were efficient and nice from the point they scheduled the move, all the way through. They sent us reminders for when they would arrive. They laid floor runners down to protect our floors and carpets. They moved so quickly and even though we added more things last minute, our final bill was a little less than our original quote. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them!

   Thanks to Atlantic Coast. All that is required of you is to make a call and the rest will be done for you. I have not come across an efficient company as they are. Having being transferred from Montreal to Milton, I had no Idea of how I would move all my stuff such a long way not until I came across Atlantic. They are so professional in their work and your stuff reaches your destination in one piece. How could I even forget their affordability, hassle no more, let Atlantic do the work for you. Thanks a lot. Beep! Beep!

   Easier than anticipated

   The movers arrived when expected for both pickup and delivery. I appreciate the communication from the drivers. They were polite and courteous. This was my first time having used long distance movers, usually we do it ourselves, so I was nervous. It was all a lot easier than I had anticipated.

   Thorough collection.

   Atlnatic Coast Movers was fantastic. They treated each item as though it was a rare collectible. Thorough, quick, personable and efficient. I was very pleased with the service from the estimate to the pick up. The delivery personnel were great too. It was amazing to watch only two people bring all the boxes and furniture down a long sidewalk of stairs to the entry and then up to the second floor. Again quality service. The hardworking movers on both ends were awesome. The move was completed within the quoted time frame. Good customer service was delivered throughout communication.

   For the long run.

   These people are really awesome - I read some of their reviews and they obviously listened to the feedback as I could not find any fault. I moved from Oshawa to Fredericton in 2018 and was so pleased with the ease of dealing with them that I choose to use them when I moved back to Toronto two years later. Great staff, awesome communication and the moving guys are so professional, kind and helpful. I have moved several times and used others and had awful experiences but will never use anyone else from now on :). Price wise I find them very fair and paying less can sometimes cost you more in the long run.

   Atlantic Coast Movers is the one you need for your long distance move. They are efficient, organized and very helpful. They move you so smoothly and carefully that you will regret not hiring them for all your previous moves. They moved me last month and they did a great job. Nothing was a problem for them. If they can’t get it through the doors, they will get access from the windows as they did with my large sofa! They have backup plans for everything! It’s like they are prepared for anything! They really are professional! I found no damages in the end and no extra fees. I highly recommend them to all.

   Nice work.

   Great job with my cross country move. Everyone was nice, not pushy. Loved the free benefits of free storage for a month, free disassembly and assembly, and free wrapping materials. I managed to pack everything up pretty well. Also, my inventory I did over the phone with a sales manager, I want to say John, and our inventory was almost exact to the inventory the movers did. I was pretty happy about that because you hear horror stories of being charged extra at the end of a move. So shout out to you for getting my inventory so accurate and taking the time not to rush me! Pricing was reasonable and affordable for me, so I booked. The movers on arrival and delivery were all professional and very nice. They made everything as easy as possible for me, which I very much appreciate!! Overall, great relocation experience with Atlantic - would recommend to friends or family.

   Showed hunger.

   Atlantic is a company I'm glad I chose. Like most places I called they were real hungry for my business but what set them from the rest was the effort they put in to actually get it!! They sent a guy over to my place to look at everything that was being moved. This process was all done for free before I confirmed doing any sort of business with them. Things continued very well after that. Scheduling the move was a breeze and dealing with their staff wasn't too bad at all. I absolutely despise moving. However dealing with Atlantic made it all less of a frantic hassle.

   First time I didn't use a Uhaul and move myself, overall good

   I'm typically a do-it-yourself type of person when it comes to moving, so this was my first time using a full-service moving company, going from Halifax to Montreal. The service was good quality, and the movers picking up and dropping off were very efficient, fast, and friendly. I was towards the end of the group in terms of delivery, so it did take a while to get all my items delivered but I expected that. When my items were delivered, it was earlier than anticipated in my client portal so I was surprised but happy everything was arriving earlier. My only negative feedback was that my newly built gaming computer got damaged (nothing internal thankfully) as the box was placed at the very bottom of a bunch despite my labelling of extremely fragile. Otherwise it was a very smooth move, and I would recommend the company to others. Additional feedback that I think would be helpful for users: to have a map in the client portal that gives location updates of the moving truck (kind of like tracking updates from a parcel delivery service) so you can have an idea of how far out they are. It's not necessary, but I was definitely curious! Happy to be done moving, and glad it went smoothly with Atlantic Coast Movers.

    Long distance move - Alberta to New Brunswick

    The first part of my move was great, no problems, the pick up was efficient and on time. Communication with the long distance team was great. Unfortunately the second part of my move was super disappointing and heart breaking. I was told it could take a few weeks to bring my things to New Brunswick as they have to fill a truck and my things weighted only 2100lbs - which I understand. Considering that my things got put in storage in Toronto - which I did not want btw - it took the movers 5 weeks to bring my things and there really is no telling how many times my things got loaded and unloaded onto a truck. Once I got my things, it's as if every box, luggage, tote, rubber bin had all been thrown around which I clearly noticed when unpacking. I let Kate know this and told her that maybe the financial value is not worth the 300$ deductible, but these are my personal belongings that have value to me, which clearly the company did not regard. I've had to throw out 4 suitcases because the hard form/backing is completely broken on all those suitcases. I had4 red totes identified as fragile and the lid on one was completely broken, the movers had to re-tape themselves to hold it in place. The tote with the broken lid had 3 broken porcelain bowls that were very old. I did wrap everything super solid but did not expect my things to be treated with such disregard. This move cost me 4 781$ A lot of money, more than I should have had to pay considering the condition of my things upon delivery. I will think twice about using them next time I move.
