   Terrible Customer Service.

   Never a "Fu**ing" gain!! I originally booked with another company but their truck broke down the morning of my move. I was referred to this company by the company who could not make it. When I called originally I felt like I may run into a "People skills" issue, but after investigating reviews, I went ahead and called back to book and paid my deposit. The morning of.. It was raining so originally we didn't know what time would be the original start time. Exactly at 8:29am I called back the number that called me that morning and the gentleman said he was pulling in. I went downstairs to meet them and walk them upstairs so they can see their best route to the truck. I signed my paperwork at 840am and they started moving me at about 845am. Even though the paperwork stated "830am" I let it go. I didn't make a big deal out of it. At about 12:30 pm I noticed a change in service. I was being treated as if I was an inconvenience to the company! I didn't say anything but I felt annoyed. 1pm rolled around and I still had 30 minutes left on my hour! "Technically" 45 minutes. When I asked if the movers can work until 1:30pm since I paid for it, I was told "They were late for another move and that they did not want to even move me in the first place"" so I'm like wow. I haven't done anything to deserve such disrespect at all! I called the office and explained to the woman who answered the phone that the workers did not want to stay. They say they have to leave for the next job so can they cut the time in half for the last hour because I am being treated like I am an inconvenience to them or I am not important even though I am dishing out $550. The bi**h had a nerve to say "We did you a favor by booking you last minute!" I was in complete shock! I was never nasty to anyone at this company and paying my bill was never going to be a problem because I am a fulltime nurse and professor at a college! I was handled like I was dirt on the fu**ing ground! I will be sure to spread the word about this horrible company! Never again! Worst $600 I have ever in my life spent!
