    My review would have an excellent rating as the three man crew Michael, Tony and Ken did an outstanding job of packing, loading and unloading possessions. They took pride with difficult furniture and other items and delivered and unpacked everything with care. The men were professional, respectful and hard working. The only down side to my experience was as they left my house the edge of the truck snagged the metal gate that closes across my driveway and yanked and bent it.

    Loading crew was careful and efficient. But Bekins STILL has no delivery date, 12 days after loading our possessions. We are living in a hotel room because we cannot move into our house with no belongings. This is ridiculous. If Bekins NW could not move us within the specified time range, they should not have taken our business. We don't know what the eventual cost will be, since we are paying for a motel room every day they are late. Would never recommend Bekins NW to anyone!!!
