   Sham of a company business website

   The person responsible for this website is either operating a ratchet system or I don't know. I've had up to a dozen or more positive reviews and they constantly get deleted. For this Mover, I'm pretty sure "Ronica Wallace" created this page and manages it. My ONLY one star review sticks hard and stays supported with the strongest of platforms. Her review included my personal name and instead of deleting the review like any normal review site does, she stays protected and they just put (edit name). In the meanwhile, all my positive review clients slowly get deleted over time. There's no such thing as a "flood out". Her one star review always stayed pinned as the top 3 for now 6 months. I understand Yelp does what it does but this is INSANE. i've never seen the promotion and upholding of a 1 star review customer be treated as of such. I am not sure what the algorithm or monetary gain there is in one star promotions but this is ridiculous. A business can be stuck and never grow as a result of this. I'm quite sure that Ronica Wallace opened up this account and she probably has some kind of admin privies. This will probably be deleted. By the way, great job helping us off load our big Dallas client. Glad we HIRED yall.

   DONT USE THIS COMPANY

   DO NOT use this company. They are irresponsible with valuable property. They'll say they're going to replace your property BUT THEY WON'T. Their insurance policy DOES NOT cover damages to personal property, so don't believe the owner if he damages your property, makes guarantees regarding replacement, or references the Moving Agreement. It's not true. They arrived 20 minutes late in a haul truck that needed to be serviced, which prolonged the loading process. It turned a 12 minute drive into a 35 minute drive... while being paid hourly. During the move they broke an artisan glass table that cost $3k+ at the time of purchase. It was an irreplaceable heirloom that had been in my possession for over 10 years. They scratched and cracked a wooden desk. They scratched and damaged a wooden bed frame. They broke a lamp. They damaged a 55in TV as well (now discolored from the way it was wedged against the wall of the truck.) And I'm likely to find other things as we continue unpacking. When I saw the mishandling of items during the move I immediately called them out, but I was assured that everything would go well. It did not go well. Payment: My total bill was $487.50. The owner was adamant about no discounts being applied due to damages and being paid in full before leaving my property. I gave him $500.00 cash. He said he had $12, but didn't have exact change. I said ok and took the change w/o counting it. He was paid in full and left. The next day he sent a surprise invoice for $18.50, after I contacted him about damages, saying that he had given me $31 as change, which doesn't even make sense. In reality, he didn’t know how much change he’d given to me. I checked and he had given me $15.00 instead of $12.00. He told me I was stealing from him and that he had to have left his misplaced $20 at my house. He said if the amount was not paid the claim would not be filed per the terms of his services agreement, so I reluctantly paid the additional amount because I wanted my property replaced. But again, Their insurance policy DOES NOT cover damages to personal property! That was all smoke and mirrors. Just BAD BUSINESS. They were paid $603 including the traveling fee, and my property is still damaged. Use this company at your own risk. They will cost you MORE MONEY in the long run than you think. Lesson learned. But eventually, this will cost Bellboy Moving and Delivery Co more than if they'd handled this in the right way.

   Damage House hold items, over charges

   Unprofessional business!!! Broken, damaged items, not protecting my Furniture correctly riding the clock stalling to get more money!!!paying back or Refund any damages they did was Unprofessional and refuse to pay for their damages they did isn't OK and I wouldn't recommend anyone to this Company Ever!!!!
