   The worst.

   They are the worst movers I have ever dealt with. Not only did they double charge me and hold my stuff hostage, but they didn't complete the job. I ended up taking them to small claims court. Only after a long, drawn out process did I win and they finally paid me what was rightfully mine.   Please, save yourself the time and effort and aggravation and do NOT use Best Time!

   Best Time Movers? WORST Times movers.

   They were absolutely HORRID! The men refused to listen to us about how we wanted things done and their continued response was "We are professionals, (we) know how to do this."Instead of placing items in box, they either dumped them in or just thrown willy-nilly into boxes and trash bags. They busted the legs off my dresser and had apparently shoved it across the floor of their truck because the corner is smashed in and part of the trim work is ripped off.. they told my husband "Oh, it was like that" which seemed to be their reply for everything they smashed, shattered or broke. In my son's room, he hadn't had a chance to grab his personal affects and when he did get in there he found his dresser gone.. his wallet which he kept in his top drawer was thrown on the floor and emptied of the cash that he had in it. Granted, you shouldn't have things lying around when strangers are about, but you are supposed to be able to trust the people moving you to NOT steal from you.Collectibles, dishes, electronics, furniture, all smashed and broken because of their carelessness.My Dad's adjustable bed is no longer adjustable since they ripped the tubing out of it that controls the airflow for the comfort adjust mattrress. (A $3,000 bed)The $.60 a pound insurance coverage will not cover any of the things they broke to be replaced. They are a complete joke and a bad one at that. I will NEVER again use this company and I will make darn sure that none of my family or friends use them either. .

   Awful!!

   Rude, late, hidden costs. No more really needed to say. SHowed up 6 hours late (Should have been DONE by noon, cost me a half day when I told work I'd be in by 1 and movers weren't even there, finished in late evening). Damaged half of furniture items, despite overcharging for packing me. Then, won't process insurance claim for me. Very rude, hope they lose their license in near future, they are by far the worst moving company I have dealt with.

   Dont Use This Movers.

   Don't get excited with the low quote. After moving you will be paying 2 times more than the quote. Total ripoff and don't use this company. Ron the dispatcher is rude and never listens to you for any complains. Also, they charge twice the money to wrap things even though you don't want them to be wrapped. RIPOFF stay away from these company.

   Horrible Mover!

   The worst experience ever! It was six years ago, but as I was reading reviews of movers in this area because I am moving again. I saw this company, and I wanted to warn people out there about this one. I moved from a town house in North Potomac to a single family house five minutes away. The workers looked like college kids who had no experience in moving. They were so weak that they could not do the job fast and efficiently. They didn't even bring a truck with an automatice lift. They ended up damaging my piano. It was an U2 upright black piano. They left a big dent on the keyboard cover right in the middle and more dents on other parts of it. They didn't want to be responsibe for the damage. I had to fight with them to make them pay for it, but I ended up giving up on it. I was so mad at them for a long time. Please don't use this company.
