   WARNING: Don't use this company!! Customer service is NOT a priority!! I was given a quote in writing, agreed on the rate, moving AND delivery dates, and provided my credit card information. After 2 weeks had lapsed I called back to touch base and ask additional questions. It was at this time I was told they could not do my move as agreed IN WRITING. The only option I was given was to change the date of my move by weeks or pay an additional $800. Mind you, TWO weeks had lapsed and not in any of that time had ANYONE contacted me to indicate there was a problem. Given the two weeks, I no longer had the flexibility to change the move date. Had I not contacted them, they just wouldn't have SHOWN UP!! Or held my property hostage for another $800. That increase in rate was quite an increase for NO, repeat, NO notice or identified reason. NO justification was given for this increase, an increase to the WRITTEN price of the move. NO apology, no recognition of an error. Simply we won't do the move as agreed to. In spite of their breaking the contract THEY wrote, they failed to notify me, and refused to let me speak to the manager to find a solution. Consider this a WARNING to all those looking for a trustworthy, reliable moving company. THIS IS NOT the company for you! Customer service is of such little concern they will not even determine if they are available to do the job, to determine if the fare is reasonable, or EVER return your calls. Honesty and integrity are of such little importance they will ignore or disregard their own terms if it suits them. Just don't trust the demonstrated UNTRUSTWORTHY!!
