   Good experience with a few bumps long the way.

   We used Big Joe's in Aug/17. Overall they were very careful, well equiped and did a good job packing and moving. We had only a few items damaged which they compensated for on the spot rather than going through the deductible procress other movers use to absolve themselves. My only disappointment would be that they underestimated the size of the move and required two trucks vs the one planned. This meant our bill was much higher than quoted and they were short of crew to load and unload so everything took much longer than they expected.

   About the company.

   We hired Big Joes Movers in June to move our staff. This company attracts customers by quite acceptable rates in the beginning of moving. After moving a representative from the company charges you up to three times more. We found that this company is not honest and decent. We will never use this company again! There are a lot of companies that do not cheat and do not lie to customers. If you find positive response about this company, probably, it is from their friends or from themselves. Would never ever recommend them to anyone!

   Horrible.

   Absolute worst experience ever! Damaged both the old house and the brand new house with the continued promise to fix everything. They fixed the old house only because they knew that the new owners could legally come after them. Our brand new house is full of dings, chunks out of the walls, scratched the new front door, ruined the casing at the front door and a chunk missing out of my new floor. Promised and promised to come and repair it. That was March 1. They fixed the old house within 2 weeks after they put a hole in the siding and then have completely ignored us. We have moved 7 times and have never ever experienced so much damage to a house. We have given them many chances to rectify the situation but apparently it is of no concern to them. Would never ever recommend them to anyone!!
