   I called them to get a quite and set up the move. It was an easy process. The move day they were on time and went right to work. They got everything out in 30 minutes. I have a 1 bedroom studio apartment. It was great! I was surpised how easy the crew made it for me! Everything was set up and moved where i wanted and it was only $150 for the whole move! Defintely worth every dollar

   Awesome job!

   I hired black hawk after a friend referred me to them. They were professional, efficient and got the job done in a timely manner. They wrapped everything up for me and took apart all of my furniture-and put it back together. Everything was done with care and their price was also better than I had expected. Job well done.

   Best moving experience I've ever had

   The experience was the best I've ever had. When i called them to get a quote the customer service rep was so nice and answered all my questions. She was patient and went over all of my informstion and provided the rates and emailed the quote so i could take a look and price compare. I really appreciated the time she took to help me. Honestly it was the most professional company i talked to. The rates were simple and not complicated. I was so impressed i booked even with them. When the move day came the movers impressed me even more! They were so professional and got right to work. They moved everything with the utmost care. They really took the load off my shoulders! It was great! I highly reccommend.

   GIO and Vinciente, thank you for the great service and quick turn around time! I reached out to Tonya with Black Hawk Moving. She’s an.. interesting character, but pleasant to work with. lol The team G and V helped us move into our apartment at a very reasonable rate. Previously I moved apartments a year ago, cost me nearly $1000 with a different mover to move us 4 miles. These folks charged around $500 in total for our move! Half the price and we moved 15 minutes away. I recommend these guys. I would request team G and V any day.

   Amazing service

   This was the best moving experience I've ever had! The movers helped me with moving my stuff out of the storage and into my home. I moved from Denver to Aspen. I called them to get piercing and they were very clear on the costs and made the booking process so easy. The move was easy too! i just stood back and relaxed while the crew got right to work! They placed all the items where i wanted and assembled the furniture. They offered to unpack the boxes but I told them I'd do that portion. But it was nice to have the ooption.i highly recommend their services!

   Paid $450 for 2 bedroom apartment on 17 floor. The entire job went great keith and Toby did an excellent job. Great attitude. Showed up on time worked very efficiently. Absolutely no damage on anything. I would highly recommend black hawk moving

   Movers were the best!

   We loved the crew! They are so nice and we had a good time moving with them. I had them move my 4 bedroom home. They boxed my items up on the 1st day and then moved me the day after. They got everything done and made it so easy. I have really bad arthritis so i really couldn't do much of the work. The price was great too. I paid less than I thought.They wrapped everything and handled my furniture so gently and carefully. I will be using them again and highly recommend!

   Trash service all around

   This company is trash, pathetic, disrespectful, and a straight joke. DO NOT hire these lazy scrubs for your job. We tipped the drivers because unlike a restaurant, we didn't get to test the food before eating. We trusted the job was done right because how hard can it be, right? Putting boxes in a truck... well let me tell you these lazy fools couldn't even do that right. I'll post the photos to show how s*** of a job they did. I have a heart condition and had to undo the entire "job". We usually move ourselves but due to my recent condition we trusted a veteran owned company would do right by us. My wife is the veteran and hired em even out of my skepticism. We called the moving company the day of the move but it was a weekend and their offices were closed. The moving company claims we just wanted a free move and if we were not satisfied then "why did you tip them". Well, like we said, we were unaware we had to monitor grown men and hold their hands while they do their job. I was a mover for Amazing Moves when I was in college, and that's a real true moving company. Blackhawk moving put boxes on their side, heavy boxes on top load, and we'll, I'll just let the photos do the talking. Blackhawk moving as a whole is a joke. They label it as veteran owned, and it makes you think they're reputable. They're far from it, trash service. Oh and you only get a $10 discount as a veteran lol.

   - Black Hawk Moving (BHM) carelessly handled furniture causing damages over $55,000 - Unloaded our own furniture because BHM can’t find employees - Unvetted person found on Craigslist going through house and handling our things - BHM required claims within 10 days or be invalidated - BHM missed 90-day deadline for responding - BHM didn’t contact us to discuss the move, didn’t inspect the damage, and used only employee interviews to determine what happened - BHM takes zero accountability for damages, even with provided photos - BHM offered less than 1% of total damages as hush money The crew was late. The crew didn’t use protective moving pads, damaging almost all furniture. We were assured all furniture would be wrapped and the crew would bring all supplies. Any pads used were dirty/greasy, which soiled and stained leather and fabric. BHM didn’t have employees for unloading. After waiting hours, the driver suggested I help unload. I helped for 2 days without compensation. That night, two workers arrived late and left in 30 minutes; more movers were arranged but didn’t show. The driver kept suggesting that I could call it. Unloading stalled and the driver left. The next day, one new employee arrived. The employee said he answered a Craigslist ad that morning. He said he wasn’t employed by any moving company, was unemployed, and hoped to make cash. It’s unlikely BHM did a background check on the guy going through my home, seeing how many people lived there, assessing the value of goods, etc. The driver said many times the load wasn’t properly secured. BHM wouldn’t take our calls during the unload. Before the move, BHM said crews could disassemble and reassemble our bed. We explained the bed is motorized, like a hospital bed. BHM said it was fine since crews reassemble beds on almost every move. I had to help get the base off the truck and into the house. The driver and Craig’s List guy were unable to reattach the hoses so the bed would work and the driver ripped off one of the mattress stabilization magnets while positioning the mattress. Have photo of driver holding up mattress damaged during assembly. We sent in our claim report, receipts totaling $55,000, and over 280 photos. BHM didn’t respond within the required 90 days. It was more than 3 months to find out BHM took no responsibility. BHM didn’t send an assessor to inspect or repair damage. The response letter states that BHM collected comments from the movers; seems insufficient and one-sided. The response: “When moving items small nicks and scratches can occur even when items are wrapped and protected with blankets and we cannot guarantee that type of damage will not occur.” Understandable; however, we’re stuck when BHM doesn’t bother to use blankets. Then gouges in wood and chipping in stone are just losses. BHM states mattresses weren’t covered. This is wrong and could be verified by checking truck photos of mattresses. Our claim was resubmitted. BHM responded: “We did resubmit the claim and have come to the same conclusion. We did find damage to the items are not covered. However, we are willing to credit back $350 for the cost to repair the items listed as a compromise.” BHM asked us to sign: “I accept the settlement described above in the amount of $350 and agree I will not disparage Black Hawk Moving or its performance or otherwise take any action which could reasonably be expected to adversely affect Black Hawk Moving’s personal or professional reputation. Similarly, I will not disparage any of the company’s directors, officers, agents or executives or otherwise take any action which could reasonably be expected to adversely affect the personal or professional reputation of the company or any of its directors, officers, agents, or employees. In the past or future. I further agree, to list all prior complaints (if any) as “resolved” I requested BHM begin arbitration described on the BHM Bill of Lading. It took three times before BHM responded I should use a third party.
