Incompetent, Disorganized
incredibly incompetent and disorganized. not only did the person responsible for moving my things into my apartment bring someone else's things the first time, the company lost - or, based off a worker's comments about how "nice" it was before the move, stole - my $500 handbuilt PC, scrapping years of work I can never retrieve. they then had the audacity to offer a tiny refund and to still try and charge us for storage of other things - which we have never gotten back. save yourself the trouble and do the moving yourself.
