   Very Satisfied Customer

   I give this company TEN STARS! I was so pleased with David and Ezzy today! I needed them to remove all furniture from my 2nd floor front bedroom, set up the bed and a heavy dresser to another bedroom at the rear of the house, move a VERY heavy dresser with mirror to a 3rd FLOOR bedroom, bring a heavy box of electronics from the 3rd FLOOR to the 1st FLOOR! I have a 4 level 111 year old Victorian row house and these two did an AMAZING job in just over ONE HOUR!! They even helped take a broken dresser outside for me to dispose of, removed some old screws and wood from 3 windows and moved some heavy weights to another room! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them! I am VERY PLEASED!

   Awesome

   Louis and the two gentlemen( David and Manny) with him were awesome! They meticulously wrapped everything and were extremely efficient. We ran into some issues with the service elevator and while I was freaking out, they were unbothered and still made it work while smiling and remaining upbeat the entire time. It doesn't get any better than Brooklyn Moving!!!

   They are the best

   I contracted with David to move some very heavy pieces. We agreed on a price and time. He and his helper arrived on time. They got the job done rapidly and accurately. Moreover, they were polite and professional at all times. I would absolutely hire them again.

   I received a call quickly and they were able to help that same day. The two gentlemen, Louis and Manny who helped me were very professional and competent. I admired how they communicated with each other and navigated a very tricky job of moving a large piece of furniture up the stairs and over a tricky banister. They were also very nice people. Thank you!

   Better than expected

   This review is for a move in summer 2023. I read both the good and bad reviews on different companies but decided on Brooklyn because they were local to my city. Ezzy happened to be backing up customer support the day I called. I requested for him every time I called back after that and he worked with me throughout the entire process. I have to say Ezzy takes pride in his work and he did a great job. Cannot say the same for every crew member he worked with. The pleasant surprise I got was Brooklyn using a smaller truck to deliver my things, instead of shipping in an 18-wheeler, and Ezzy delivered my stuff. Again, he demonstrated professionalism, even slayed a Karen-dragon in the process (private joke), but again, the same cannot be said for the worker whom he was assigned, who made a nick in the wall of my brand new house. The final price exceeded 30% of the original quote but I did move quite a lot of things. In addition to the nick in my wall, some items were damaged but considering the amount of things I moved, that was not too many. I filed a claim, which took a long time to process. When it was resolved, Brooklyn sent me a check right at the 45-day payment deadline. One thing that was annoying -- there was no respect for the customer's time. When I requested for the original quote, Ezzy did not show up on the appointed day but there was no update. I did not mind if they had to change the appointment, but I had to call Customer Support several times that day, before I was finally told that he would be there the next day. On the day they were to pick up my things, they told me they would be there in the morning but they did not show up until the evening, with no status update in between. On delivery day, they were also late but I refused to accept delivery at night, so they had to do it the next day. On the flip side, I changed my move date a couple of times and Brooklyn was very accommodating. They also had to reschedule on the pick-up day, and I flexed with them on that.

   Terrible Service and Broken Items

   I cannot tell you how disappointed I was. They broke my TV, china and ceramics and also stopped communicating for 3 weeks before they realized they had missed sending out my truck. My items were a month delayed. They still charged full price- please do not use them and save yourself the grief.

    My bed was completely destroyed. Bed was intact from pick up at my house to the Brooklyn warehouse. No concern and very little help to resolve on the 851.00 bed. This was a trundle with drawers and only half arrived to my new location no headboard , footboard and no rails only broken wood

In addition, as a gesture of goodwill, we have increased the compensation for your claim more than 4 times the allocated amount. We understand that you purchased the trundle bed on or about 2020 and it was delivered to you in 2022, two years after its use. It is important to note that the current market value for a similar bed in 2024 ranges from $150 to $400, rather than exceeding $800.
