   Watch out for unexpected expenses.

   According to them, they were running late (4 hours) because of the previous client and due to traffic. They took their sweet time loading the truck and there were damages to some of my furniture. One of my bed posts and one lamp were severely scratched, the dining table was also scratched the rest was fine but I was not expecting any damages.. While loading, I had to remind them to take the washer and dryer since they forgot all about it.. Since the weather was not cooperating they did send another guy and I was told I was not going to be charged for him. However, since they took longer (there was a lot of chatting going on and they only had ONE wrench -needed to take the dining table/bed apart and later put together- to share between all the men so there was a lot of waiting for the other guy to finish with the tool before they could tackle the next item.. I ended paying twice the amount quoted! (so it really felt like I paid to have the extra guy and more). I had to paid it since they had already done the job and the manager got me into feeling guilty because "they had done the work and he needed to pay them." He also said he was surprised I did not cancel (as if I had all the time of the world to move any day of the year!) They did offer finance options for the "unexpected expense" which helped since I was not expecting to pay double but it did not redeemed the experience, and that is the only reason why I did not give them a "poor" review.
