   On-time movers.

   The staff of Busy Bee Movers responded quick to my request. I highly appreciate their work for they easily managed to offer the stress-free relocation that they promised me. Not a single piece of my stuff were damaged during the relocation. Thank You Busy Bee Movers for such a special relocation. .

   Costly mistake - won't take responsibility.

   Short, across town move turned into minor disaster. Movers were switching out washer - removing old one from the new place and putting in mine. Plumbers were in the bldg and had turned the water off while they were working on a project in another part of the house. Movers unhooked washer but didn't turn off water valve. Plumbers turned water back on when they were done. Flooded 2nd floor causing wood floor buckling and damage to 1st floor ceiling. No communication between movers and plumbers, agreed. But what's the 1st thing you do when unhooking a washer? Turn off the water. Now movers just wanted to get out. So they left without setting up bedroom furniture and didn't even leave the hardware. Took 2 days to get all the bolts/screws back so I could put my own furniture back together. Matt, the owner's response was, "contract says we aren't responsible for appliances or plumbing". He would accept no responsibility for a costly mistake by his movers.  Plumbers were willing to split the cost, but Matt would admit no liability. Is this a company you want to work with??
