   My experience with hiring Chas Movers was amazing. The staff helped me with the entire process from start to finish. They were very professional and knowledgeable about everything I needed. They treated my belongings like they were their own, which is exactly what I want in a moving company! I highly recommend Chas Movers for anyone looking for long distance move!!

   This is my second time using Chas Movers, and I once again had a great experience. Mario has been very helpful for both of my moves, providing clear and useful input that helped me figure out the logistics of my moves. Vladimir and Roman, the movers who helped me both times, were great. They were efficient, reliable, patient, and accommodating. Both times, I knew I was in good hands. They really know what they’re doing and go the extra mile to make sure everything is done properly and carefully. If you want movers you can trust, you’ve found the right company. Last time I worked with them, they helped me with a move from northern to southern CA. This time, I was shipping stuff in a U-box for a cross-country move, and I needed them to move my items from storage and my current place into the U-box for safe transport. They were great in both cases and are very skilled at packing everything safely and effectively.

   I moved for northern california to southern california in July 2022, the crew is very professional and did a great job. I asked for a receipt after the move because the receipt I had is not clear at all, Mario provided me another copy of receipt in a timely manner.

   Beyond Excellent!!!

   I have used Chas movers THREE times now in 11 months time. To begin with they are extremely punctual! The crew is beyond kind and respectful of property. Nothing at all was damaged and I have a lot of irreplaceable antiques. The truck looked brand new! They do a better job than a company you would pay double to.    Perfect & Professional Long Distance Move!

   From initial planning discussions with Mario to actual move day with a stellar Team of 3 - my experience was on point, quoted clearly & movers super careful of my belongings. Roman is amazing, Vladimir so careful & supportive & Kevin handled my belongings with extra care. I 100% recommend Chas Movers & underscore how fantastic my A-Team of Roman, Vladimir & Kevin are! I would rebook them in a second if another move needs to be done — truly can trust Chas Movers to take exquisite care of you & count on their transparency & clarity of what your move will require. They are in my honest opinion the Best!

   Best Movers I've Ever Used!

   My boss recommended them to me, and she's totally right - BEST movers I've ever used! Worked incredibly hard, very careful with masks. They moved up and down lots of stairs with not one scratch on the walls. Came in under estimate (and praised us for being organized and have clear info on the boxes). Highly recommended!

   Lost items, left items behind!

   After finally getting our boxes unpacked, I am missing quite a few clothing items and some family photos. When we called Chas Movers, they said they would send us a claim form - we are still waiting for it more than a month later. In addition to that, they did not take everything we had agreed upon, and I ended up having to give away some items or take them in my car myself. They also damaged a fence post at our new house while pulling their truck into our driveway and chipped a piece of wood off of a dresser. Their insurance is useless. In addition to that, they are not all vaccinated, which made me very uncomfortable as they were loading and unloading at our houses.
