   We were not only moving out more boxes than we thought we were, but the move was longer than expected. The movers didn't rush on the final part and ensured that they unloaded everything. Some boxes were dusty when they were delivered by truck but no boxes were broken.

   The moving day started with an unexpected delay, and the crew arrived well after the agreed time. By then, our schedule was already affected and everything felt rushed.    We were disappointed with the way some furniture was handled during the move. A couple of larger pieces were carried through doorways without enough protection, and we noticed marks afterward. The crew seemed focused on finishing quickly rather than taking their time. More care with the household items would have been appreciated.

   Useless.

   The packing service was not as thorough as we expected. Some boxes had very little padding, while others were packed without clear labels. This made it difficult to know which items belonged in each room once we reached the new house. We ended up spending extra time sorting everything after delivery.

   The crew did not seem fully prepared for the amount of furniture involved in the move. Loading took considerably longer than expected, and there was some confusion about how certain items should be handled. The process felt less coordinated than it should have been. Better preparation could have prevented these issues.

   Nightmare.

   When the belongings reached the new house, several boxes were placed in the wrong rooms. We had clearly marked them beforehand, but the labels were not consistently followed. This created extra work because we had to move many boxes ourselves. The unloading could have been much more organized.

   Some of our fragile household belongings were packed without enough protection. The boxes were moved around during transportation, and the condition of the packaging was concerning when they arrived. We expected delicate items to receive more attention. The packing standards seemed inconsistent throughout the move.

    The movers were very rude and unprofessional;

    The moving process took much longer than we had planned for. There were noticeable pauses between loading different groups of items, and the crew did not always seem coordinated. By the end of the day, the extended schedule had become quite tiring. The whole move could have benefited from better organization.
