   No complaints at all!

   I had to relocate my home working setup, including several monitors and files. The movers packed the electronics separately and reassembled them exactly as before. I was able to start work again the next day.

   Highly recommend them. I had to change my moving date twice because of delays with my new apartment closing. Both times I called Compass Moving, they were understanding and moved my date without any hassle or extra fees. I know some companies would have charged me for that kind of flexibility, but they did not. When the actual move day finally came, the team was just as professional as I hoped they would be. I am thankful to them.

   Team members are honest!

   Wish I had found them sooner. I have moved seven times in the last twelve years, and this was the first time nothing went wrong. Compass Moving LLC sent three people, and they labeled every box with the room name and a number. I got twenty-two boxes total, and the numbers matched their inventory sheet at the end. No missing items, no confusion and no stress.

   My hats off to you!

   I scheduled this move on short notice and wasn't sure what to expect. The team arrived within the time window and introduced themselves before starting. I had a narrow staircase and a bulky recliner that looked impossible to maneuver. I also noticed they handled my boxes gently instead of tossing them around.

   If you need movers who handle the job properly, this team is worth calling. They showed up in the morning and got straight to work after a quick walkthrough. I noticed they worked well together and kept things moving without wasting time. There was no confusion during the process, and I did not have to repeat instructions. The day went smoothly from start to finish.

    If I could do zero star I would.

    They were the absolute worst “professional” company I have ever had to deal with. The driver lied for 2 weeks about how far away he was and kept giving false delivery windows. They broke our entertainment center, our kids play kitchen, one of our night stands, most of the boxes looks like Ace Ventura delivered them, and somehow we are missing one of our mattresses. All of the customer service people I had to talk to were rude, not understanding, and not one time apologized for how awful all of this has been. When you spend thousands of dollars to have professionals handle your move, you don’t expect them to treat your belongings like garbage and treat the customer like it’s their fault. Run from this place!
