   RUN AWAY! AWFUL!

   I can't believe I just came across all these other reviews talking about how Lacy never returns calls (SO TRUE) and there is nobody else to help you! They no-call no-showed twice after I stayed home for full days. What's worse: Two men were delivering a fabric sofa and their hands were completely black from dirt or grease and made my light colored sofa absolutely filthy in multiple places. After I noticed this was happening, I asked them about it and pointed it out. They did not care at all. AT ALL. Absolutely shrugged it off. I had to literally ask them to go into my bathroom and wash their hands. They merely rinsed their hands for two seconds and came out and then handled my sofa with soaking WET, dirty hands. I am beyond crushed that my sofa is stained in SO MANY places. I can't get it cleaned. NEVER NEVER NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!

   THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONES AND DO NOT RETURN CALLS! HORRIBLE! Just keep getting the voicemail for “Lacey” and she never returns a phone call! How can we schedule delivery, which is required, if they NEVER answer their phone! Horrible! If I could give them ZERO stars I would!

   They Don't Answer Phones Nor Voicemail. Picked It Up Myself.

   My Nordictrack bike arrived at their facility in Omaha on July 13th, 2020. There was no contact attempted with me to have it delivered so I called them on the 21st and got through to Lacey who said that she would see if she could get it on the truck that day and would get back to me. She never got back to me, I called 8 times and left 5 voicemails and not once did she call me back. I found out where they were situated at 8006 J St, Omaha and decided to just go and pick it up myself. Surprise, surprise, Lacey was there and offered no apology. I told her that I wanted to simply take it home myself as this was completely ridiculous and she obliged. I took the bike home myself. The customer service here is abysmal, don't expect to see anything you order arriving at your house as they don't seem bothered about scheduling a delivery. Do what I did, go in there and get it yourself. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

   Terrible Company.

   This company was suppose to Del our new washer and dryer we ordered. They have had our product since 7/7/2017. We have never been contacted by them we have had to call them they don't answer phones or return calls. It is now 7/25 and still have not heard anything.
