Good Moving Company!!!
Cross Country Moving Group has helped me with every move I’ve done since I moved to Chicago 10 years ago. Every time they have executed my move impeccably. I don’t think a single item has been damaged in any way in all the moves I’ve done with them. In addition, they are always on time, polite, and considerate. Their customer service is top of the line and I can’t imagine a reason to move with anyone else.

Great experience.
Great experience. The movers were very accommodating and did all we asked of them. They were very careful with all the things that had to be moved. They worked quickly and got done much soon than I expected. I would definitely use them again and will recommend them without any hesitation to my friends and relatives.

Of all the moving companies I contacted, Cross Country Moving Group was the most persistent in following up--and for that I'm grateful. Totally transparent with pricing--you need not worry about foot-dragging to pad the bill. Jose Mora and his team are exceptional--we moved a 3 BR house on the hottest day of the year and they were finished (including arranging furniture!) in 7 hrs. They are true professionals--wrapping EVERYTHING with care and unpacking and arranging at your new location. They just removed a whole layer of stress from the whole ordeal! Don't hesitate!

This was one of the most efficient moves I’ve had. Movers were quick, respectful and just knew what they were doing. All during one of the hottest days of the year. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone needing to move. Highly recommend!

Cross Country didn’t deliver my move
It’s been a week and my move is yet to arrive. They claim that they don’t guarantee deliveries but the contract clearly states that it will be delivered on 8/31/2023. Additionally, they. charged an additional 30% cash when they picked up. No one answers phone calls, texts or emails. Started a new job today and had to purchase work clothes (suits, dress shits, ties, belts and shoes) in order to start my job. Where are my belongings?! Very stressful.
