   Honest and Reliable!

   You can trust them because they offer cheap services with high-quality work. The individuals who could did their best to safeguard our possessions. Our large table had a small imperfection. Before they consented to cover the cost, I had to provide evidence of the full extent of the damage, but ultimately, they did. They should be commended for their manners. I still chose not to explore it further in spite of this. They accomplished absolutely nothing, to be honest. Unfortunately, I needed to take a few heavy items up the steps, but they weren't enough.

   Superb friendly service!

   Thankfully, the movers, Arthur and Ronald, are knowledgeable. My whole kitchen was professionally packed, from the refrigerator to the washing machine to the coffee maker. They showed up on time, were friendly, and managed to fit everything like Tetris onto the moving truck. These fellas are, like, moving magicians. The quality of their work has beyond my expectations.

   Veteran people!!!!

   They were prompt, polite, and cautious in their service to us, and it was really appreciated. Despite the lift's problems, the team stayed to assist with troubleshooting. Nothing was broken or misplaced during the move. They put special labels on each item so that my things remain in the same place. They used bubble wraps and everything was done accordingly.

    Do Not Hire These Movers

    We hired Cross Country Moving LLC to handle our relocation from Phoenix, Arizona to Monticello, Florida, with delivery occurring on May 17, 2025. We gave them a detailed list of all property to be moved including noting which ones were antiques. They quoted just over $12,000 for the move and we agreed. On the day of the move, the owner of the business, Mr. Guy Weis, came with a truck and crew and as they were loading the truck he said their estimate was wrong and we would have to pay over $18,000. We had made all the arrangements for the move so we very reluctantly agreed. Weis said there would be no other charges. When the movers arrived in Florida they insisted on an additional $300 because “it is a two-story house.” Again, we felt we had to pay the additional fee. During the course of the move, a number of our belongings were either damaged or lost, with the total estimated value of the damage being $1,500. I promptly notified the company and requested compensation for the damage. Though they told me all I needed to do was let them know what was damaged and they would compensate for any loss, instead they required that I complete extensive claim documentation through their agent, Anthem Claim Management LLC including detailed photos of the damage, copies of all moving inventories, and references to each item by number on their 7-page moving inventory. They have refused to reimburse for the damage, citing that I must first provide a Bill of Lading, which they never issued or gave to me, either at pick-up or delivery. The damages and losses include: 1) Tear in leather reclining sofa 2) Broken frame and caster on coffee table 3) Broken foot on antique rocking chair 4) Broken foot on marble top table 5) Broken vase 6) Broken leg on marble top table 7) Damage to back of 58in TV - mounting sleeve removed 8) Missing lamp finial 9) Missing headphone 10) Broken trim on tall antique armoire 11) Marks on antique night table 12) Damage to walls during move in
