   Absolutely dire

   We used Crown to move from London to Atlanta. We chose them despite being one of the more expensive quotes as they promised they could have the move complete in 2-4 weeks on an expedited service. The issues started the day they arrived to pack our house. Despite paying for a 20ft shipping container they arrived with a 720ft truck and therefore everything they needed to pack wouldn't fit. They grossly underestimated how much packing space we needed meaning we had to leave a lot of furniture behind so that it would all fit and to avoid further costs. We moved out of our house a week early and paid for an AirBnB in London so the ship could get ahead of us only to be told the day after they had collected our stuff that it wouldn't even be on the ship for 23 days. They then tried to charge us a port storage fee which we have refused to pay and they are now suggesting legal action against us despite the 4 week delivery promise. Communciation from them was awful throughout. We had 3 separate move managers and we we told later that we should have never been told 4 weeks was realistic. Eventually, our stuff did arrive in Atlanta but for our belongings to be released from the train station to the moving company at this end we have to pay a $1500 fee which we were never informed of. Eventually, our stuff did arrive at the house. Several items broken and initially, they would not put back together the furniture they took apart. They since returned to build them but now want another fee for having done this which I will not pay. On the whole, dire. I would give zero stars. DO NOT USE.

   AVOID, AVOID,AVOID Do not use crown relocations,I have used international movers before and crown are the champions of stuffing things up, the guys that came to pack the container we're fantastic very helpful, unfortunately head office had not given then any info about the packing,one of there staff members I was dealing with(Joss Court)had failed to supply a crate for a motorcycle which had been discussed weeks ahead,she requested dimensions of the motor cycle which were supplied, again she requested dimensions, which were again supplied and in the end when the Packers asked her for the reason the crate was not supplied,she tried to blame me saying I was going to supply the crate,when an email was shown to her with the request for the dimensions she denied sending the email, Stay away from Crown.
