   Poor.

   No show. Need I say more?  Even had a voice mail confirmation on date and arrival time. No one ever showed. Next day, had to seek and find another company. When the returned call came through, it was handled poorly, unprofessionally, and wrong. One would expect that when a business person fails to show up on move out day, a timely call would be in order. The next day call was rude and he offered to reduce the fee by ten dollars and hour. That's totally insulting. .

   Unsatisfactory Experience.

   I will start off positive and say that the movers themselves are hardworking and friendly.  They are also gentlemen as their motto advertises. However, the business owner is an absolute amateur. He failed to provide the necessary equipment and logistics for what should have been a textbook moving day. For example, he sent a 16 foot truck for a 1,920 square foot home.  This had me, my brother and my father using our own vehicles to pick up the slack. Eventually amateur David showed up with a soccer mom minivan and managed to take a minuscule amount of stuff, drop it off outside our new house without our knowledge and then had the gall to charge another $150. Ha! He added insult to his own injury. This man is incompetent and I highly recommend thinking twice before choosing this company. May this review motivate him to get his business practices in order.
