   Well Done

   My wife & I were moving to another unit in the community. Only (two) guys showed up & disassembled our bed frame, TV mount & mirror from the dresser. Then after they moved our entire apartment, they reassembled everything again in only two-hours & a half. That is remarkable!! They were careful & took good care of our furniture. They even supplied their wrapping for mattresses, television & delicate furniture. They were fast, professional, respectful & practiced CDC guidelines during the moving process. They were open and receptive to any last-minute changes in moving the furniture to the room it belonged to. We would recommend Dependable Van Lines!

   They worked hard for more hours than they bargained for and worked tirelessly to boot. They dealt fearlessly with stairs and endless boxes and were polite the entire time.

   Big Fan!!!!

   One of my family members recommended Dependable Van Lines to me. I called them on Wednesday for a short-move within AL. They booked my move for the following day and showed up at the decided time. They introduced themselves and went straight to work. They packed and loaded my entire house within 2 hours and moved to my new place within 20 minutes. I am thrilled with their work.

   Max and Moriah were our movers, and they worked fast, efficiently and protected all our furniture by wrapping it. They disassembled and reassembled quickly too.

   Predators

   Dependable Van Lines is the most predatory and dumbfoundingly unreliable service provider I’ve ever worked with and destroyed $3,700 worth of property without compensation or an apology. This is my first cross-country move, heading from Chicago to San Antonio because of my wife’s military orders. Dependable severely underquoted me to gain my business ($2000) and then raised the price at pickup ($4400). I paid $375 for them to pack two TVs worth a total of $3,000 and they simply wrapped them in blankets. Both arrived broken alongside a ruined wooden TV stand for a grand total of $3,700 in damage. It took a month but they finally refunded the $375 packing fee--no compensation for the broken items. They are unresponsive to phone and email to the point that I once threatened to call local police to do a wellness check on them. Hope hasn’t answered her phone and Khori his email in over two months now despite my routine attempts at contact. I was forced to find a way to pay by certified funds at 10pm after the bank had closed even though they didn’t mention this beforehand and allowed me to pay my deposit by credit card. Ultimately much of this is my fault for not being as diligent as I should have been with their contract but in my defense, they neglected to call out critical aspects of the agreement when we reviewed it. Please, for your sake and those of future movees, I beg you to stay away from Undependable Van Lines and send predatory companies out of business where they belong!

   Fraud

   This was the worst move I’ve ever experienced!!! Not only did they damage my things, the movers kept some of my items. I called them less than 5 minutes after they left and of course they didn’t answer. They piled everything up in my living room and didn’t set anything up. I paid them double the amount of other movers to move me!! They will double their original price be warned!

   If I could give negative stars I would!

   My items were picked up on Junes 23rd and it is now August 3rd and I still don’t have them. They are horrible and responding to my calls and texts. If your supposed to be running a moving business this is beyond unacceptable.

    Terrible moving company

    They quoted one price for a move and when they showed up to load the truck they increased the price by almost 200%. Talk about "bait-n-switch", what a ripe off company.
