   Everything was explained in detail and the move went perfectly. I even ended up paying less than my estimate indicated. I recommend them highly.

   No longer in business.

   Avalon Mobility, Inc. dba as Desert Sun Moving Services and other dba's filed Chapter 13 Bankruptcy on January 18, 2018. During a hearing on June 14, 2018 they decided to change to Chapter 7 (liquidation) and were court ordered to vacate by June 28, 2018 their Phoenix and Tucson facilities. Our move was a nightmare. On January 14, 2918 they got locked out of their Tucson facility for lack of payment. On January 18, 2018 was the first day of our move and the day they filed Chapter 11, bankruptcy. The move was suppose to be 100% insured with zero deductible and everybody was suppose to be bonded. Court records do not show they bought any special insurance but did show they were self insured. They refused to send us claim forms. We submitted the claims anyways. They never honored the claims. I went to their facility to talk to them about it and was informed "this conversation is over with"! Our lost were huge. Items were broken and a large amount of items were stolen. Being they had been locked out of their Tucson facility for failure to pay their rent, they also could not meet their payroll. This all happen during the time of our move. Our loses are over $128,000!

   Questionable mover.

   This company operates on numerous names such as Desert Sun Moving Services Inc., Desert Sun Moving, Desert Sun Moving Service, etc. Their real name is Avalon Mobility, Inc. Avalon Mobility, Inc. filed bankruptcy on January 18, 2018. The value of our move was $750,000. Items were lost and items were broken. The first day of our move was January 18, 2018. Today's date is February 21, 2018 and we still have not received any forms to file claims even though we have sent 2 certified letters.
