   Missing boxes and broken items

   My grandfather clock is still in pieces a month later. They said they would send someone to pack it up and never did. They also said they would send someone to put it together and never did. The movers themselves took it apart and there are pieces missing. I have missing boxes, broken items. My fire table was ruined and they broke my outdoor grill. I caught the movers who brought the items into my house taking a break lying on my mattress on the ground outside the truck. Expensive items missing. The only thing they said I could do was fill out a form in hopes of getting some things back but here we are a month later and nothing. They make you pay upfront before you move your items so there is no recourse. The pick up was also awful. The men were negative and kept saying ‘oh this is gonna cost you!. They also left a lot of stuff behind. When we were looking for items they didn’t inventory some of the boxes. They also marked that they packed it but missed wire, connectors and hoses. They packed my dehumidifier but lost the hose. I have never seen such a disorganized move. I am heart broken at the damage. I would have been better to have sold everything and taken a loss.. the amount I’m out is far more than what I spent on the move. I have synthetic ice for my child who is a figure skater. They packed two large boxes of it and lost a box. The ice alone is over 5k. I am sick at the loss and wish I never used this company. A month later and still missing items.

   Good Packing.. Kept my good for a week and a half.

   This company packs well, but they kept my goods for a week in a half! I had to put my entire life on hold and sleep on the floors for several days. I can't even sort my things for work. This is ridiculous. I will never use them again. If anything, I will sell my things before the next move!
