Last minute call.
I was moving my kid to school in Cambridge. After a 14 hour drive, the last thing I needed was to spend 4-5 hours unloading a truck with some pretty heavy and bulky objects into an 8th floor apartment nonetheless! I googled moving companies and ran into DuLong. Ken answered the phone right away and the setup was very smooth. When we arrived, Ken and his team were waiting for us. They unloaded that truck in about 1 hour, there was no damage, they placed each item were they were told. the amazing thing is that it was all done with a big smiel on their faces.
