   Worth Every Penny.

   Moved UK-USA. Eagle were efficient, professional and incredibly effective. Their "no problem, here to help" attitude made a difference.All my things arrived on time, stress free and nothing was broken or lost. Worth every penny and more.

   Great experience.

   It was a pleasure to deal with all staff - from the estimator who came to survey our house/contents to the sales executive and the office manager who handled our move. The teams who were on-site for the packing/loading and for unloading (125 miles away the next day) were also pleasant and professional at all times. I would highly recommend Eagle!

   Moving to Luton.

   Eagle Relocations are the most professional company, I have ever had to deal with. From their sales team, to the guys who packed and moved our items, everyone was a total gem. I would recommend everyone to use their services, as they know exactly what they are doing. Nobody else could have done a better job, even if they tried! Keep up all the good work. And thank you for moving me and my family. I couldn't have asked for a better service and such a stress free experience.

   Excellent ,Honest and very Professional.

   I hired EAGLE relocation service in 2016 from Windsor(U.K) to India.The guys packed all the items in very professional way, they were so friendly,kind,fast and efficient.My 42" T.V had reached safely. All fragile items were packed carefully. Annette Tonner is amazing ,Genuine and honest Lady .She was very helpful during the whole process of relocation.I booked 200cu fit volume and paid for it.After reaching shippement, Annette came to know the occupied volume was little bit less than 200cu fit ,she refunded the money of left voulme immediately. I highly appreciate her.I highly reccomend Eagle Relocation Ltd.

   Move to Germany.

   I used Eagle Relocations for my recent move to Germany. When I was looking for quotes the sales person at Eagle was the most proactive and followed up on everything. Other movers did not even bother to come back to me even after having visited my flat for a survey. The quote was competitive, not the cheapest but fair for the level of service and quality of packaging materials provided. Boxes were delivered on time in advance. The crew on both days was very professional, they communicated well and worked fast. Crates were made to order. Delivery was done by one of their subcontractors but here as well the crew was very good, fast and professional. I have now unpacked everything and had no damaged items. I would definitely use Eagle again.

   Poor packing. Poor response to problems.

   They messed up the insurance and we ended up with just the insurance of the things in one room… then they packed a fragile table they knew was valued at £10,000 because I told them . They packed it the wrong way up ie on its legs not on its top. They then piled other things on top of it. In addition the crate was not packed tight. The damage was due to their packing failure and their failure to insure. They offered a small amount of compensation. But not the full price of repair. Frankly I will not use them again.

   Not what they claim

   Eagle claim to be BAR members. They are not. My house move was poor from start to finish. They were late, the van was too small, they broke items due to bad packing - chucking photos and pictures in one box with no protection, stuffing wardrobe boxes too full, losing items and the final straw, hiding items in a bin - discovered by new owner! Extremely poor customer service afterwards. Do not use!

   Unprofessional cancellation policy

   Cancellation policy with Eagle relocation is totally unfair. They have cheated me by not returning my advance payment for the relocation job I booked on Friday evening around 4:30pm and cancelled on same weekend-Sunday noon. I had paid £7000 pounds for the relocation service which they are NOT refunding me even after 20 days inspite of chasing them many times.They have even stopped answering my calls. There was no removals done but still they want to charge me £4200. This has caused financial distress to me and my family in these economically difficult times in UK. Fyi... I am dealing with Davier Visram from Sales and Donna Malcolm who is customer service Manager. Hence I would like to WARN everyone before engaging Eagle relocation service as they would ask for full amount to be paid before the start of service and would NEVER return any money back in case you want to Cancel or Postpone. I would suggest everyone to avoid Eagle relocation service and go for alternative services as Eagle relocation service is very unprofessional.

   Dangerous Driving Reg FY20 CCP

   Just on my way back home on the M25 having witnessed the most pointless dangerous van driving I have possibly ever seen. Cut in front of me in the fast line with less than a cars length between us at 65mph. Continued to race down the slower lanes and cut in front of multiple cars. Never really got that far ahead either, reckless!

    Avoid at all cost for international moving.

    The worst moving experience ever. Please avoid them at all cost. I moved with them from London to New York, after waiting for 2.5 months my stuffs are still not here. The majority of delay I found out wAs because they did not pay their US partner for weeks. Please don’t get stressed as I am..and use any other moving company and pay extra. They are nice to you on the phone but does not get things done. After 2.5 months I have no idea where my luggage is even. They keep saying they cannot find the driver. I cannot believe how stressful this move has been all because I made a mistake of choosing this company. Please don’t be a victim like me.
