They are dishonest and evasive. They value only their own revenues and not their customers. Ignore their quote, they do. Do not work with this company.

NEVER Use East Coast.
The day before the move East Coast changed the quote footage amts and doubled the cost and wouldn't send me a new contract. They told us we would get ca call night before move, but never received call. We were calling all morning of the move date and didn't reach anyone til 10:30 and had to call Sales to get someone. Even then they kept hanging up on us!! We cancelled them and all of a sudden they wanted to talk!! Now they want to argue about deposit when they changed the contract, footage ad amount and never called for pick-up!!
