   I can't praise Eastern Shore Transfer enough. They moved us on short notice and under budget. I will definitely use them again when we move into our permanent home!

   Overall Moving

   The team that moved my belongings was GREAT, very hard workers. They came and boxed everything up on day one, and day two, moved everything into the truck in very short time and I don't think they even took a break at all. When they delivered everything and unloaded, They did an Excellent job and they put everything right where I asked, even some furniture upstairs. Just make sure you read the fine print, and make sure there is NO Damage before they leave. I had a refrigerator in my garage that worked fine when they left with it. After they delivered it, it took me 14 days to finally get around to plugging it in at my new residence. When I did, It made a terrible chattering noise. When I wrote to ask about a 'Damage Claim', I was told that I had to make a claim within 10 Days, AND they don't cover internal damage. Be very careful about checking everything before the 10 days is up!!

   After the nice man came and quoted us, our worst nightmare ensued. The quote came in writing and if you use this company MAKE SURE TO KEEP IT! Also, when they offer to “store your stuff” say NO!! Because the final bill came (even after they forgot to move A WHOLE ENTIRE ROOM) and it was $1,500 MORE than the quote and would not give us access to our storage facility unless we paid it. I even sent a check for the highest amount of the quote and they didn’t cash it. Their attorney contacted us next, demanding the full amount plus legal fees (now) and would not tell us where our stuff was or if they still had it or give us access. We ended up having to hire our own attorney with no response from the owners and STILL (6 months later) have no resolve and no access to our storage facility. Our birth certificates and important document are al in there (might I add that those things were NOT supposed to go to storage but they took them there anyways) STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!! They are professional con artists!!
