   Beware of extra fees.

   The initial estimate for my move was about $1300 which is why I went with this company. All other estimates were well over $2000. They also include this "Do-no-exceed-estimate" clause in there contract. They were very easy to communicate with and usually replied to my questions within a couple hours. On moving day I found out that my apartment does not accommodate 18-wheelers (52' trailers) and the moving company added an extra $300 for a "shuttle" fee. Being that I had never had a big move like this, I had no idea to ask about this. The movers also added an extra $150 for packing my furniture items in blankets. The movers arrived 3 hrs after the pickup window they had given. On delivery day, I found out that I needed to reserve the freight elevator at my apartment building and of course it was booked for the delivery window I scheduled with the movers. The movers were very accommodating and pushed my delivery to a later time. I was charged an additional $150 for the long haul from the delivery truck to my apartment. This possibility was disclosed to me in the contract. The movers were very courteous and helped assemble some furniture that was not included in the contract. No furniture was damaged or lost in the move. I ending up paying about $1900 after all the additional fees they added. Albeit $600 in additional fees, I would still use this company and recommend it to others, just be aware of the all of the fees involved.

   Worst service EVER!!! They charged over estimate. Threw boxes and crushed every box shipped. Thank GOD we didn't send our furniture with them. Crushed 2 brand new box springs and mattresses. They were 2 weeks late and refused to deliver to apartment that was schuduled. Delivery guys looked sketchy.
