   Great Reliable Moving Company.

   I used them on a move from OKC to Portland,OR. They had it loaded and to the destination 2,100 miles away in 3 days. They were also about 1,700.00 cheaper than anyone else. I would HIGHLY recommend these guys. They were trustworthy and professional with there work. If you are considering using anyone else I suggest calling them first. The ONLY thing I was concerned about at first was the require a 50% deposit to reserve the out if state moves. Not knowing them I was iffy but as they promised once the items were delivered and set back up they processed the other 50%.

   No call, no show.

   At the writing of this review, our bank account has been charged for their services, it is 55 minutes past the agreed upon arrival time and no one has arrived. No one has returned our calls. The reservations were made in advance through the Uhaul site, which indicated they were available in the morning. They called the night before the appointment to say they were booked and the reservations through Uhaul were made in error, however they could make it at 3PM. Our Uhaul morning truck reservation was unavailable until after 2:30. This was communicated to Fast Track's representative, who assured us they could be here at 4PM. We selected this company based on community reviews. We are shocked at the unprofessional, unscrupulous, and fraudulent conduct of this company. Buyer beware!

   Bad News Move.

   We hired this company for our move to Texas from Oklahoma.  Their quote was competitive; they were available for our timeframe, and we thought we knew the owner personally.  They called the morning of the move asking if they could come in the afternoon as they had another job they could do that morning.  I was being flexible and felt well-prepared so I agreed.  What I didn't know was that the truck size they rented was going to be too small to fit our household items.  The owner of the company, Haskell Justice came and did the walkthrough before the truck was reserved.  Loading was done quickly and maximizing space.  They didn't tell me that everything wasn't going to fit until 6:30pm - too late to go get a trailer to tow behind the truck.  The truck was expected in Texas the next day, and if they had waited til the next morning to load the rest, they couldn't make their flight back to Oklahoma.  Then the owner had a family issue and had to leave town so he couldn't get a second truck or handle the issue until Sunday.  The plan that was come up with was that he or another person with Fast Track Moving would leave with the rest on Sunday, arriving on Monday.  That changed to Tuesday, and now never.  They wanted to charge us an additional $1200 for the rest of our stuff - not accepting any responsibility for the mess or for the fact that they quoted the total move, not most of the move.  In fact, they came back with my approval of their late arrival as making this all my fault!!  I'm not a moving expert; I didn't pick the truck size!  After we refused to pay that much more, they said they would pick up our remaining items and transport it to a storage location.  They never showed up, never picked it up, never delivered it and stopped responding to repeated text and phone calls.  In addition to all this mess, there was a piece of furniture broken and they would not respond to our request for claim process.  We thought this would be a great opportunity to ease the worry of having strangers help load our belongings and support a local business.  WOW, we've never been more wrong.  Please get everything in writing and clear - I never even got my contract paperwork.  We're now in Texas and part of our stuff is still in Oklahoma.
