   Excellent customer service from scheduling to moving day. Adrion & Kelly were so careful with our belongings & respectful of our home. Both went above & beyond. Great decision to go with First Choice Movers.

   Moving Labor

   We moved out of state using U-Pack and First Choice Relocation loaded the cubes for us. Exceptional team, conscientious, honest and efficient. Returned next day to pack and additional cube we hoped we didn't need but did. I enjoyed working with the entire team. They provided suggestions from their experience and allowed me to implement them. We were working in between rain showers, and the kept our items dry. Would definately use them again!

   Used First Choice Relocation yesterday.. I've already recommended them tip a friend.

   We could not have been happier with First Choice Relocation. They called to let us know they were on the way and hit the ground running when they arrived. They were professional, friendly and extremely efficient. They took great care in protecting our furniture and the walls both with the move out, and the move in. At no point did they waste time or make a mess. Their rates are very reasonable. We've moved a lot over 18 years and this has truly been the best experience we've had with any moving company. These guys are the reason NOT to go the self-move route. We just completed our move yesterday, and I recommended them this morning to a friend who is moving soon. I will definitely hire them again next time.

   Jake and Brandy

   Jake and Brandy were my movers and I must say they did an excellent job to take care of my things. They were friendly and accommodating. The only negative thing I have to say about this particular moving company is that I was not told that the start of the move begins when they leave their warehouse and ends when they return to their warehouse. (Being charged that entire time at $139.00 per hour) This is the company and no reflection on the movers themselves.

   Clayton, Brice and Anthony were my movers. Brice admitted to damaging my 55" TV which cost over $1,000. The company offer to give me $200 and they kept the TV i checked on line and a equivalent value is over $600 even considering the TV was 6 years old they said to them that is all it is worth. Never use because they will not fully reimburse for any damage they admitted to doing.

   Most Disrespectful Untrustworthy & Broken Items.

   MY OUT OF STATE MOVE ..WAS HORRENDOUS!! dIFFERENT LOADING & DRIVER AT BEGINNING TRUCK THEY 'RENTED' BROKE DOWN ON HWY (PER MOVERS) SINCE NOT ORIGINAL MOVERS, AND ITEMS MOVED FROM BREAKDOWN,,,,ORGANIZED TRIP BECAME A NIGHTMARE!! WHEN I CALLED 'OWNER' AND I QUOTE: HE YELLED: 'I knew your move was going to be a problem" I HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND..TAKE YOUR CHANCES!!
