I wish I would have read other reviews.
I was late in planning my move and I was assigned this company by a moving broker Best Interstate Moving and Storage (would not use them again either) and this was my first time using a moving service. Absolutely would not recommend. They are terrible. First they arrived late and took numerous breaks while picking up my things, were on personal phone calls cursing at someone. Second I had to follow them to a weigh station to weight the truck to determine the weight of my items. Funny the weight that I they reported was double the estimated weight. I have a one bedroom apartment without much furniture so this was fishy, and obviously part of the scam, because now they have my stuff, what can I do but pay. Of course when they came to pick up the stuff there were all of sudden numerous extra charges. I realize this is part of the moving company racket, but these movers were so unprofessional. Of course they were several hours late dropping off my things at the new location and they wanted more extra charges when they got there. Additionally the scratched my floors horribly. Please take the time to really search and read reviews before you pick a moving company. I wish I had.

Still no action on our claim for damage and the company WILL NOT return my emails, or calls. To dang bad I have to give this company 1 star. They don't deserve any, in my opinion.
