   Super helpful and pleasant team. The coordination of the move really eased my mind and made things as smooth as possible. The price was great and the moving team was hard-working, efficient and very nice. You can’t go wrong with this great operation that they have with FlatRate.

   Efficient, effective, excellent.

   Henry was pleasant and professional. His guys showed up on time and worked incredibly hard packing up everything. They asked for verification when needed and despite the rain no item was wet, no mud stains were left. We got moved in as pleasantly as moving can be. I heartily recommend the Flat Rate Movers! They were professional, hardworking and got the job done well.

   Bad business.

   Quoted a 800 price. Company sent a truck that was too small, so the drivers had to make two trips. We were charged 1690.00 because of their error. When we called we spoke to Emereson. He said it would only be 800. When the owner came in he said it was double. Never will use this company out of Silver Spring Maryland again and would not suggest them to anyone. On a good note the actual movers were great.

   Conartist DONT USE THEIR SERVICE

   This is not a legitimate company but a group of men who pretend to be a company named Flat Rate Movers. They boxed up my things in NY and put it in a moving truck and demanded $900. or I would never get my things back, twice as much than the rate promised. They held my things for ransom unless I paid them $3,500. additionally for delivery in CA. They purposely move from across state that is not regulated held accountable by laws. They have been reported to the police and Better Business Bureau. They should not be allowed to advertise as movers. They should be imprisoned for stealing people's property and money.    Poor service, rude and late.

   Appalling customer service and poor performing removalists. Paid a premium for air freight for a international moved (assured two week delivery) almost six week later goods arrived, poor communication throughout, no update on delay, still no compensation despite me having an empty rented house at destination in anticipation of delivery. Management refuses to engage on compensation and repeatedly with out right lie to you. Would very strongly advise never using flatrate.
