   Overcharges, Poor Quality Trucks, Disrespectful Owners

   1st, OVERCHARGED for rain delay, while even one mover told us they were actually at another job, yet we were charged 3.5 hours of rain time for 1.5 hours of rain BUT when you try to call to get them to deliver asap, amazingly NO one answers the phones or returns calls?! Kinda convenient in order to upcharge you, wouldn't you say? 2nd, one leaking truck that got a much of our stuff soaked, including my daughters bedding, dresser, a stand that warped and we had bowls that even had water in them, etc and this was ALL seen and verified by drivers but disregarded by owner(s), then the 2nd truck (which the owner said we would NOT need originally, the brakes and steering would NOT work so they could NOT back the 2nd truck into driveway, so everything had to be hauled up from the street! When the owner(s) called my wife to collect and she started to explain the difficulties and asked about overcharge on delay time, the owners BOTH berated her, not listening and yelling "SO you aren't going to pay your bill after we bent over backwards for you?!" and "are our drivers still there? would you like it if they loaded all your stuff back up and we charged you even more?!" There is more including them not knowing that much of our stuff was helped loaded and unloaded by myself and a neighbor but believe this is enough to use ANOTHER MOVING company like we should have.
