   I'd just like to say how professional the team worked,they had to work around 2 big dogs, and a young family of friends that turned up!! they didn't stop once they worked hard and efficient. I would highly recommend this company.

   I'd highly recommend Focus Removals. The price was excellent, the communication clear and the two colleagues who did the move were brilliant. They did the work quickly, safely and were very helpful. They went the extra mile to help us and made our house move as smooth as possible.

   3 Bedroom Local Harrogate House Move.

   Highly recommend this company. The two lads were very polite and professional, they showed up exactly when they said they would, disassembled and reassembled the furniture that needed it, and they were extremely careful. I prefer to use Veteran run companies as often as possible, and this experience continues to reinforce why I do. Excellent job, and completed in day.

   Local move.

   Couldn't fault the guys who recently moved us in this current crisis. They both did a brilliant job at safely loading our possessions and delivering them in a timely manner. Both guys did all they could to make it as stress free as possible. Highly recommend them to all. They went out of their way to move us before lockdown and did it all in four hours.

   Thanks to this company ( the franchise based in Somerset) my move was stress free and very enjoyable. The two guys did a sterling job loading all my things from a first floor flat and unloading (easier on a ground floor flat this time!) They made sure all my furniture was in the right place before they left and even put up my curtains and lampshades as I am slightly disabled. This was superlative customer service!! Their quote was extremely reasonable and very good value for money. I would definitely recommend this company!

   Very Efficient.

   This company is friendly and very efficient. The lads that came and moved us didn't mess around. Checked with us what was being moved and got right on with it. The same at the other end. The unpacking of the van and placing of our things was quick and no nonsense. Took in total 3 1/2 hours from them arriving to leaving at the end of the job. This I felt was quick. Especially considering that we were moving from a town centre 2nd floor flat with no lift to a first floor flat. So lots of up and down of stairs. Highly recommend this Veteran owned company. Will use again if we need to.

   Move from Scotland to England

   Price was resonable and the guys worked hard at both ends. However we had a number of items missing and dispite seeing the loaded they did not appear when we unpacked at the other end. We made a claim and reported the missing items to the police. After a raft of emails and phone calls getting fobbed off they paid for a portion of the replacement cost but 2 months latter. This made the whole move so stressful for ourselves, some of the items could not be replaced. We had a number of items damaged also and had to bear the cost ourselves. Not a trustworthy or reliable company to deal with.
