   Smooth movers!

   I would not hesitate to refer Front Door Moving to others. This company was THE BEST choice when it came time for us to move. They were punctual, prepared, professional, and kind. Our crew, headed by Smith, was AMAZING! They took care of our furniture while preparing, transporting, and unloading. We will hire them again when it comes time for us to move.

   They were on time. Very friendly, polite, and professional. Proactively retaped boxes to ensure they were secure. Helped me with setup in my new apartment. Finished the whole moving process quickly. They didn't try to take advantage to go over the three-hour minimum. I would recommend Front Door Moving and use them again for my next move.

   The Front Door Moving don't charge for the supplies unless you ask to keep them. They were quick, polite, friendly, FAST, and they didn't break or damage one single thing. I highly recommend it!

   Great Service!

   After hours of research and getting estimates I landed in front door moving & storage because the sales manager Brandon really made things easy for me, He educated me on the industry which I thought I knew everything about from my own research but after talking with Brandon a couple times I quickly realized how much I didn’t know and With his help I was able to make an educated decision. As for the services the Men who came were excellent and did an amazing job, I was surprised at how fast they worked it was crazy that they got my whole house packed and loaded in 5 hours. I though it was gonna be a two day process but once again that goes to show how much I know about moving. If you want a great company with reasonable pricing definitely look into this company. Thanks again guys!

   DO NOT book with MetroHop Relocation. As you can see by these reviews, there is a theme with their service. The sales call and team, great. Very communicative and responsive. However, the service itself has been absolutely unacceptable. MetroHop contracted a company named from FrontDoor Moving and Storage to move our things. This contracted company had terrible ratings, reviews and BBB complaints. MetroHop didn't care about who was going to do the job, just that it got done. When the crew arrived, they didn't have to do any packing. They wrapped our furniture and loaded. Their truck was too small so they had to drop our stuff off at the warehouse and come back later in the evening to complete. We fed the team, made sure they were taking breaks, treated them well. They housed our items in their warehouse for 30 days as we made our trip to texas. When our stuff arrived on 12/2, we quickly realized we were missing items. Our Traeger 885, two sound systems and two huge boxes of very high value Jordan shoes. In addition to that, one of the shoe boxes that did arrive was wripped open, the shoe box ripped and the most high value shoes missing from the ripped box. Completely inexcusable. We immediately reached out to FrontDoor and MetroHop and it has been a nightmare since. No communication, no cares, no careful intention to solve this issue. We are talking about thousands and thousands of dollars of missing items. We have called and messaged the companies each day only to be given the run around. Not one of them cares that a LOGISTICS company has 'lost' or 'stolen' our precious items. We have filed a police report and are seeking legal action. Do not give these people your business.

   Absolutely awful, one of the worst experiences of my life. As with many of the complaints below, I went through Interstate and Rail as a broker, who hired this company for my move. My move was also several thousand over the original quote and I sat for weeks with no contact from them at all. They were three weeks past the estimated date of delivery. When my things were finally delivered, many things were damaged. They knocked a few holes in walls, and busted two doors. Now they are refusing to give me the inventory sheet and the bill of lading for the insurance claim. It took me three weeks after the move just to get them to give me the contact information for their insurance company (which I cannot file a claim because they refuse to give me the documents I need). My leasing company took half of my deposit (798$) so on top of the several thousand the quote was over, I am now out another 800 plus just the headache that this has all caused and there is seemingly nothing I can do about it and they know this. Just an absolutely awful experience they barely put things where they were supposed to go in my new place and hired some sketch lazy local guy to help with the last little bit of the move. They waited until the very last minute (4:45 PM on a Friday) to say the final payment had to be in cash, Zelle or a USPS money order. Its buried in a contract that I don't actually have a copy of. This company should not be in business, they are absolutely awful!!! DO NOT USE THEM.

   Long Distance Move - Scheduling / Customer Service

   In January we made the mistake of booking Front Door Moving & Storage with the anticipation of moving from CO to AL. We finally have a date of our move and they have been awful to contact and get a firm date/time pinned down. I keep getting told that the date will be next Tuesday but no time yet. I am worried that they will leave us stranded on our day to move. HELP!!!!!

   You are truly better off just selling all of your household goods and buying new ones than using this company. Honestly I’d rather GIVE it all away than go through the nightmare i am with these people. After all of our items were loaded, at almost midnight, they suddenly changed the price (that had already been increased) from 9k to 12k. I am not exaggerating with is say that almlst every single item (and every large item) arrived broken or damaged, and they put holes in almost every wall of our new home. 3 couches damaged beyond repair, didn’t room table, our bed, broken exercise equipment (how??), trashed boxes, mattresses, cribs, and rugs weren’t wrapped so they arrived covered in oily dirt that won’t come off. It’s like they TRIED to ruin everything. When you contact them they don’t call you back, or give you numbers to call that aren’t connected. The primary contact who said he would be there with me every step of the way suddenly doesn’t answer his email. Finally weeks later someone emailed me and sent me to another company to remedy the situation - and they are just as shady! The only thing left to do is go to small claims court.

I could rant all day about the company running their scam moving business, charging hidden material costs, NOT RESPONDING AT ALL since they hauled off my belongings, no tracking, no updates, no returned call or emails when I'm asking for an update, nothing at all. The customer service line is fake because it goes to a sales representatives voicemail everytime. Read the reviews on the better business bureau website! You'll see how they truly practice! If they show up and hold my items hostage for additional fees, I'm calling the cops right then!

    Be Careful

    My belongings were picked up mid-December. A month later I was called and told my stuff was still in my home city. I honestly don’t know if I’ll ever receive it. Until that phone call there was no notice about the potential delay. Holidays and terrible weather are definitely a factor here, but as a company based in Colorado and Washington, their due diligence should involve understanding those conditions.
