   Great moving experience!

   The Gallo Team that did my move June 7, 2022. Did a great job. They were very kind, considerate & accommodating. I can't say enough about how wonderful they were! They set up beds & moved furniture around when asked. I will definitely recommend Gallo Movers!

   My eMoving and storage experience.

   The Gallo team couldn't have been better! From having Bill provide an accurate estimate, to the office staff coordination, to the best delivery guys. I needed my furniture picked up, store for a month, then delivered to another state. Jeff and Joe arrived on time, efficiently packed everything and assured me they would handle the storage and later delivery. Sure enough, they arrived a month later at my new location just as planned.. My new landlord was impressed with how they carried everything to the second floor apt. with no damage to the building. Gallo was recommended to me, and I'm glad I choose them.

   Poor business ethics

   Terrible customer service. Poor communication, they damaged a china cabinet that’s an heirloom in the family. We called several times and where told the “check is in the mail” We’re done with them. I will be reporting them to the BBB.

   Stolen jewelry

   At first I thought they did a decent job with some minor damage to some furniture until I discovered that they stole all my jewelry value $125,000; memories of a better time. They not only got away with it because you have no recourse; but now the owner Tony claims that they did not move us despite the fact that our move took 5 days and I have the bill of lading and the copy of the cheque they cashed. Do yourself a favor and avoid the heartache and sleepless nights and use someone else; anyone else please. They broke my heart and I will never forgive them. I can’t get over it that they took the only things that I could pass on to my children. They took that away from me. Don’t use Gallo.
