   It was the best moving experience

   It was the best moving experience I've ever had. They have my highest recommendation and will be my first choice for my next move. My relocation was finished on schedule, with excellent, professional, and informative communication. These guys were super heroes! 10/10, I would recommend them to those looking for long-distance moves.

   Everything proceeded smoothly

   Moving abroad usually makes me nervous because I've had terrible experiences with other movers. I'm very glad I came across GMR Transport Solutions. Everything proceeded smoothly. The employees worked really hard and were polite. Nothing was lost or damaged, and they took extra care with my antique furniture and big-screen TV. I wish I had found these guys years ago.

   Missing and damaged items with little to no communication

   I received a quote that was lower than most competitors to be charged more than double the amount they originally quoted me for. When people picked up my items, they were slamming boxes that were labeled fragile and tossing them into the truck while they were yelling at each other. Come to delivery, I had little to no communication from the vendor and my items came past the original date they had promised me (by a week). Items were damaged, wet (??), and scratched. I still to this day am missing items and no one at the company has gotten back to me. Save yourself your mental sanity.

   TERRIBLE. TRULY A NIGHTMARE

   Where to begin. Beyond unprofessional. I paid for assured delivery and that did not happen. When I called, I was told "Some people have cancer so your problems aren't that bad" Run FAR away from this company. Truly abhorrent. My things were delivered 2 weeks after the initial delivery date after they had already held my items for 2 weeks. They broke all my ceramic and glass items, my couch was delivered with stains on it, and they did not screw any of the pieces of my bed together and just put the mattress down so it looked correct. They charged me for the space I didn't use in the truck, and charged me for padding supplies for fragile items even though it was supposed to be included. They were beyond rude and the delivery driver smoked in my bathroom and threw his cigarette butts in my toilet and DIDN'T EVEN FLUSH. This was truly a nightmare and I hope this review helps someone stay far, far away from this company. Truly terrible.

   I've been waiting for my items for over a month with no type of accurate update for when I can expect my items. I've continuously gotten the runaround or haven't been able to get in contact with anybody who works here. It's ridiculous to say the least.

   Terrible experience

   The movers were several days late in picking up and delivering my things. I kept getting the run around and my entertainment center was broken and they have yet to come reassemble my bed and entertainment center. It has been days and days after the delivery of my items. I will not be booking GMR transport solutions ever again.

   Moving Nightmare

   If you come to use this company RUN!!!! My move was only 333 miles, they left nearly 15 items behind, saying i was over my cubic square feet, they never showed me my space in the truck, Left a deal of furniture that was on the inventory list behind, then tried to get me to pay them under the table to take a cabinet, they delivered 2 days asking for more money before i could get what stuff they took, they said on pick up they don't what the contract says, they go by what their bosses say, they damaged my refrigerator, they damaged my TV , They every piece of my bedroom furniture, and now they want to offer me 125.00... Are they out of their minds? For the damages'? And then the furniture they were supposed to take was all left behind, oh they offered to go get it for an additional 500 to 700 dollars, These people need to be run out of town, These brokers need to look at who they are hiring to do this. And I will write a review on them, I've had enough.

   Worst experience

   If I could give a zero I would. To start off the time it take for you to receive your items takes to long, I waited 3 months to receive everything. I called close to the due dates they would give me and they kept pushing it saying next week. They will ignore your called and emails. I had missing and broken items when things arrived. To get reimbursed will take another 2 months. after calling almost everyday and emailing them back to back they finally paid. For long distance I would NOT recommend your better off getting a uhal and breaking your back, I can’t speak for short distance though.

   DO NOT USE THIS SCAM MOVING COMPANY!!! I was quoted a price from a broker Van Fargo. At the time I didn’t know they were brokers. On moving day, I was told they would arrive between noon-2pm. They showed up at 4 pm. I paid for 20 boxes to be packed and they packed 2. And didn’t even pack up the kitchen as requested. They ruined my walls and wood flooring, they were rough with my furniture, broke several pieces, put stuff in the truck I told them NOT to put on, didn’t load up the items on my list until I told them. One driver requested I go get them drinks and I got one some food!!! Electrical cords from both my Roku devices were yanked from the wall and destroyed completely. One guy left a foot print on my TV stand! They finish, give me a price which was way more then estimated! They said it was because they packed more on the truck. I specifically told them not to load certain boxes if it was gonna put me over. Once again, they didn’t listen! I went over because they loaded the truck with things I didn’t want to even take! I couldn’t get my Zelle app to work so I asked if it could wait till we got to my new place. Once at the new place, I was hit up immediately for the money. Guess what??? It was hundreds of dollars more! They didn’t add a thing and yet moving from point A to B the price went up??? I argued about the price and not knowing all the furniture they broke yet! He said if I didn’t pay, they would leave with my stuff! By this time it’s nearly 1 am. I have guys running around asking me questions, my kiddo is exhausted and wanting me and yet the lead guy is demanding payment. I paid him just to get my stuff out and then gone! Plus, the guy said the guys needed tipped. No pressure but….the tips really help us out he said. I felt because I am a single mom and a woman they took advantage of me. The movers didn’t listen to me about what to take or not take. Now, I call to get the repairs fixed and no one returns my call. That’s poor business ethic right there. Do NOT use this company. MAJOR SCAMMERS! They rent Penske trucks! I couldn’t done that and paid much less! I was promised services that I didn’t get!

    Hired Moving Labor

    A man named Xavier hired a local moving labor company (my team) to help load and unload a 26’ moving truck. He paid us directly after- but then the payment was reversed and we have not received payment. This company owes us $500and will not answer texts or voicemails. The company will also not answer calls. Will take review down upon payment.
